Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Really happy with the work Ramin did for me today. Right from my first point of contact, he was polite, professional and easy to communicate with. I received an estimated guide price dependant on what the issue was before his visit and was pleasantly surprised to find the repair was on the lower end of the scale. When Ramin was in my property he was respectful to me and my family and genuinely seems like a nice decent guy! Left it a few days before job completed, very happy as door multipoint jammed. Neil came on time unlocked door replace part and Alignment of door so fits like a sock. Quoted between x and x amount via telephone he could have charged higher amount but charged the lower figure, after having a chat whilst Neil was working his craft can honestly say he is a genuine and fair person. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.

Had trouble with my French door the key was jammed and we couldn’t lock it . Called Wakefield Lock and key centre they were very friendly and helpful on the phone fitted in a time that suited me to attend the same day. Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. May be the best locksmith in Leeds! Called Radu for an emergency were the tenants couldn't unlock the door, and they were trapped inside. He arrived within 10 min and sorted the issue very quick at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Car was stuck on my in-laws drive, blocking everyone in. Key wouldn't go in the ignition. Locksmith arrived 30mins earlier than stated, fixed it and got us all moving again. Absolute star!

I picked my 11 month old daughter up from nursery and put the keys down as I put her in car seat.. shut the door, the car locked itself with the keys on her.. we didn’t have a spare key.
