Would give 6 stars if possible. Scott’s professionalism and hard work wre second to none, which shows in the results on our carpets. Turned up on time, explained everything in great detail, managed expectations but then absolutely surpassed them. The heavily worn carpets have come up brilliantly and look brand new. We will 100% be using Scott’s services in the future. Thanks Scott (and Sweep).

Great guy! happy to help with any carpet related query, told us honestly about our carpets and recommended the best way to clean them, I rung due to my dog having an accident, he got back to me in minutes and he even offered to do it the same day which I thought was amazing, priced so well and local so we will definitely be using this service again! 100% recommend

I enquired about an upholstery cleaning for our sofa and Scott gave me a call back and explained how he could help us. North West: Via K Buckley. Good honest price! Fast scheduling! Good quality work! It's not easy knowing what to do with an Unattended Death Clean up. Some companies charge far more than they should. Rentokil were competitive (actually cheeper) reliable and had a great service. We hired a cherry picker with a driver, it arrived on site in good time with all the relevant documentation and was operated diligently and fulfilled all of our requirements.

This is the second time we've booked Phoenix cleaning company and I cannot recomment them enough. First time was to jet clean my elderely mums drive as it had become dangerous and slippy. Called PCC and they had her booked in within the week. Turned up (early!) and the drive was left sparkling along with a great job tidying up too. Due to this, we booked them again to jet hose our block paving drive and again, they arrived, cleaned it and tidied up after with no mess and a very satisfied customer. All at a very reasonable price too! I would highly recommend this company. Great service, great price and a great job all round!

Sophie and her team looked after my salon business cleaning, and windows in leeds and Wakefield for over 3 years and kept everything sparkling and pristine for the whole time. Couldn’t recommend enough!

First time experience needing my super king duvet washed. The service was good and helpful. I let them know I needed it washed and dried today which they fulfilled. I forgot to take my receipt for the collection but they were kind and just looked up my request and name in their books. Accepts cash or card. Will be using them for future duvet washes.

I used their dry clean services for my sleeping bag. Reasonable price and great service. Came back almost as new. Done within a couple of days. They have car park at the side for about ten cars. I recommend them and I will use them again.

I found this place to be very clean and easy to access everything. It made me feel very comfortable when I visited it.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of good sized washing machines and gas dryers and a dedicated spinning machine. Staff can provide change for the machines and sell you soap etc. if you forgot to bring some. They seem to have a service where you can drop off and pick up but I didn't try that. Adequately sized car park with easy access.
