Would give 6 stars if possible. Scott’s professionalism and hard work wre second to none, which shows in the results on our carpets. Turned up on time, explained everything in great detail, managed expectations but then absolutely surpassed them. The heavily worn carpets have come up brilliantly and look brand new. We will 100% be using Scott’s services in the future. Thanks Scott (and Sweep).

Scott’s was a real professional in every elememt of the services he delivers. Managed our expectations on what he could achieve when finished on both carpets and sofas (these were surpassed). I enquired about an upholstery cleaning for our sofa and Scott gave me a call back and explained how he could help us. He had availability for us pretty quickly and has left the sofa looking spotless! We were really impressed with his professionalism and politeness and would hire him again. Definitely recommend!

North West: Via K Buckley. Good honest price! Fast scheduling! Good quality work! It's not easy knowing what to do with an Unattended Death Clean up. Some companies charge far more than they should. Rentokil were competitive (actually cheeper) reliable and had a great service. I hope other people can see this review and contact them as it was a last grasp company I got in touch with and it was a great move! THANK YOU Kris and the Technician who completed the work!!

Not only did he play a key role in organising the cleanup and ensuring a quick turn around, but he also provided a level of personal care that made a significant difference. Kris even took it upon himself to give me a lift to and from the property during the inspection, a gesture that exemplifies their commitment to customer service. This is the second time we've booked Phoenix cleaning company and I cannot recomment them enough. First time was to jet clean my elderely mums drive as it had become dangerous and slippy. Called PCC and they had her booked in within the week. Turned up (early!) and the drive was left sparkling along with a great job tidying up too. Due to this, we booked them again to jet hose our block paving drive and again, they arrived, cleaned it and tidied up after with no mess and a very satisfied customer. All at a very reasonable price too! I would highly recommend this company. Great service, great price and a great job all round!

Nice place, very spacious with lots of washers and dryers. Got my coat dry cleaned here, took a week. Nice staff running the shop. But I think they shouldnt rely entirely on the paper slip cause I often lose paper. Text or email to prove your the right person would be good.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of good sized washing machines and gas dryers and a dedicated spinning machine. Staff can provide change for the machines and sell you soap etc. if you forgot to bring some. They seem to have a service where you can drop off and pick up but I didn't try that. Adequately sized car park with easy access.
