When our previous excellent window cleaner sold his business the new guys stopped cleaning our window frames. There are plenty of window cleaning companies that work on our street so I watched a few of them do cleans and saw they were all pretty thorough. It was the Preen & Clean hot water system that stood out for me and a year in our windows, frames and doors are consistently clean. Communication is excellent with an email and/or text the day before and a message straight after the clean . If they can't make the date we get an apology and usually a message the next working day with a new date. Great all-round service I happily recommend if asked.

Using Preen and Clean is so much easier than my last window cleaner. I love being able to pay online and not scurrying around for cash. Being messaged before they come to clean the windows is very helpful. They do a great job on our windows, they're clean and shiny in no time.

I have been using Preen and Clean since moving to my property a couple of years ago. They always notify you before they are due to visit and have excellent customer service. It’s easy to reach and talk to a real person if needed. This is a company that takes pride in its work, even conducting a follow up visit recently to check the clean met with their standards (which it did). I also like that they clean your door and sills too. You can pay online which is a bonus and the cherry on the cake is they are good value.

Overall we have had years of excellent service from these guys and look forward to many more.

From me deciding to engage Jake n Vac to clean carpets in my house right up to job completion, Jake kept me fully informed of what to expect of the service and how I should prepare for their visit. Jake arrived on time, completed the job within his estimated duration and was nothing less than courteous throughout. The results are 100% satisfactory to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service.

Really pleased with the service, with children and pets in the house there were several different stains and Jake managed to get rid of them all. The carpet is now brighter and smells fresh. The service was excellent, good value and a we received a friendly and clear invoice/instructions email as soon as the booking went through so all questions were answered. Brilliant service carpets are like brand new and smell lovely. Got rid of all the stains which I had already tried cleaning myself with a carpet cleaner so I wasn’t hopeful that these weren’t going to go but they did. Will be using again for my bedroom carpets and rest of my stairs. Thanks 🤩

Have used Thompson's Pro Cleaning for my windows and doors every month for over 5 years every and have received nothing but quality service for the entire time. I am rarely in for the visits due to work but I get a complimentary message the day before to inform me of their arrival. The pricing is extremely fair for the service they provide. Adam provides a good reliable service and does a great job of cleaning my windows and sills. He also cleaned my facias and did a great job, they look new again. I would definitely recommend him.

We have used Adam for a while now and have never had any problems. The windows, patios doors and sills are always left really clean. He keeps us updated with when he’s due to come so we know to leave gates unlocked etc. His prices are really reasonable and it’s handy to not have to have cash on hand to pay as he uses the Go Cardless system which notifies you when a payment is going to be taken. Would definitely recommend!

Tim arrived on time, worked quickly, was polite and efficient, and best of all, he did a superb job of cleaning our carpets - they have a new lease of life. He also cleaned a wool rug, on which the results were excellent. I'd certainly use TCS again, and recommend Tim to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

I cannot recommend Reach To Clean enough. We switched from another local company and the difference in service is significant. We know when to expect them, they do a thorough job of cleaning our windows, service is professional yet friendly, prices are very reasonable and paying is easy - no need to have the right amount of cash in the house. We recently asked them to clean our fascia’s too and we’re very pleased with the result. 5 star service.
