Used this company today and was extremely pleased with how clean my carpets came out. The room and stairs smell lovely and fresh. It looks likes newly fitted! Such a great service and so reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Jake and Vac.

Really pleased with the service, with children and pets in the house there were several different stains and Jake managed to get rid of them all. The carpet is now brighter and smells fresh. The service was excellent, good value and a we received a friendly and clear invoice/instructions email as soon as the booking went through so all questions were answered. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service carpets are like brand new and smell lovely. Got rid of all the stains which I had already tried cleaning myself with a carpet cleaner so I wasn’t hopeful that these weren’t going to go but they did. Will be using again for my bedroom carpets and rest of my stairs. Thanks 🤩

TCS recently cleaned the carpets in our new house, and in the rental that we just moved out from in order to get our deposit back. Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the cleaning he did was incredibly thorough. I would 100% recommend him, and will be using his services again in the future.

Tim arrived on time, worked quickly, was polite and efficient, and best of all, he did a superb job of cleaning our carpets - they have a new lease of life. We were very pleased to find this company and they certainly lived up to all previous reviews. They actually do what they say they will do. We very much appreciated their efficient and respectful service at such a sensitive time for our family. They even made it easy for us at the end of the day by dropping off the key to the empty property back through our letter box when they had finished. We had complete trust in them and they didn’t let us down. It was easy and comfortable when making the arrangements with them so that they knew what to do and we knew what to expect. We are hoping, in the nicest possible way, that we won’t need their services in the future; but we would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others with a similar need. Tim and Chris did a great job of emptying my wife's Auntie's house. Very reliable and professional. They turned up on time to do the job and worked very hard to get as much done as possible. A very professional service, which gives peace of mind at a difficult time. I used T & M to clear my late dad’s house, which was a significant job in a 4-bedroom property full to the rafters. They did an amazing job, including the sheds and even the loft. I was far away at the time, but they kept me informed on their progress and sent photos. I always felt informed and reassured, very important when there’s so much going on following a death. A real weight off my mind!
