Great customer service. Immediate response to query; turned up on time agreed. The carpet has improved although Sean was unable to remove the stain I created by trying to clean the carpet myself. He prepared me for the fact that it was unlikely to be fixable before starting - I just wish we’d called him sooner! I will definitely be arranging an appointment for Sean to clean our living room rug and not trying home remedies in future.

Lovely team and lovely work!! We have a husky, and our couch hasn’t been cleaned in about 2 years (grim I know), so it was long over due a good clean. It was originally covered in stains and water marks from spilt drinks, water and muddy paws! The team came out this morning they were friendly, and fast to clean and the couch looks near enough brand new - which is way better than we were expecting! They were in and out within about 30 minutes, and we feel like we’ve got a new couch that now looks (and smells) amazing. Can’t recommend the team enough! Toni and Craig are absolutely fantastic. I have had a number of professional cleaners over the last seven years and out of everyone, these two have been the best by miles. They are reliable, consistent (I find standards tend to slip after first few cleans but these two have been coming for a very long time and are still top notch!) they are great with my kids, flexible, really gentle and nice with the animals-my dog loves them! They are really nice friendly people and such hard workers. They have a high standard of cleaning which I love. These two never disappoint, I would be lost without them.

After having some work done to.our house I was keen to keep it looking nice so decided to try a professional cleaning firm. I spoke to a few but felt Beck& Call listened best to what I was after. I am really pleased with their service. I generally have the same team at the same time and it's a treat to come home after they have been. Paul recently carried out some exterior cleaning work at our house and we couldn't be happier with the results. Paul firstly came over to give us a quote in person and explained the process in full whilst describing the benefits of a biocide treatment to help prevent algae growth and spots appearing in the paving stones again. I have tried jet washing our driveway in the past with little success, so I couldn't believe the results Paul achieved. Once cleaned, treated and re-sanded, our block paved driveway looked brand new. Our neighbour was so impressed they asked for a quote the same day! The stone patio at the back also looks immaculate and Paul also cleaned and treated a small garage roof at the front of the house, as well as the stone sills which had gone black over time. We've been so pleased with the results. The day after Paul had cleaned, unfortunately a tradesman visited our house and their van leaked oil onto our newly cleaned driveway, leaving a stain on the paving blocks. I asked Paul for advice on how to clean it and he immediately got back to us to with what we should do straight away to prevent the oil from soaking in further. He then returned the following morning and used a detergent to clean the oil without charging us any extra which we thought was so kind. Paul is really skilled and knowledgeable with what he does and takes such a pride in his work. We wouldn't hesitate to use Jet Ready again in the future and will be recommending to others.

We cannot praise Paul highly enough. We have an old decking which was showing its age and in need of repair. Paul took the job on. Despite the fact that he encountered a number of difficulties during the restoration, most particularly more extensive rot in the wood than had been anticipated, Paul remained efficient, calm and utterly professional at all times. He also managed to persevere and complete the job despite the adverse weather throughout the summer. Following the restoration the decking looks superb and restored to its original condition. Thank you Paul for the excellent work. We cannot recommend you highly enough!

I’ve used Snowdrop twice and they’re brilliant. The carpet feels, looks and smells so clean afterwards. They’re incredibly polite and lovely people and really reasonably priced. They also managed to get a difficult bright red paint stain out of my beige rug and kept trying until it came out. Will definitely be using again, thank you and see you again soon!

A very professional service from Rob and Gail, cleaning of carpets and two sofas which have seen better days, old cream wool carpets which we didn't expect miracles as they had some old stains but they look so much cleaner than expected, for 21 years of wear. Very quick, friendly and efficient and a really great price. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again, thank you

First time our windows were cleaned by Dan today. We recently moved into our new house, and the windows were filthy, hadn't been done in a while, corners covered in cob webs, sills really dirty etc. Can't recommend based on first wash. All frames and windows are looking fantastic, even get your door done which has come up a treat. Best bit is you get an automated message the night before they come so you know to leave gates etc open for them, and all payments done by DD. Only one wash in, but so far everything been fantastic!
