Great customer service. Immediate response to query; turned up on time agreed. The carpet has improved although Sean was unable to remove the stain I created by trying to clean the carpet myself. He prepared me for the fact that it was unlikely to be fixable before starting - I just wish we’d called him sooner! I will definitely be arranging an appointment for Sean to clean our living room rug and not trying home remedies in future.

Lovely team and lovely work!! We have a husky, and our couch hasn’t been cleaned in about 2 years (grim I know), so it was long over due a good clean. It was originally covered in stains and water marks from spilt drinks, water and muddy paws! The team came out this morning they were friendly, and fast to clean and the couch looks near enough brand new - which is way better than we were expecting! They were in and out within about 30 minutes, and we feel like we’ve got a new couch that now looks (and smells) amazing. Can’t recommend the team enough! We booked this company to clean an area rug. They turned up on time and were extremely professional from start to finish. The rug looked brand new afterwards. Definitely recommend.
