We just had a media wall put in our living room and we absolutely love it. Alex was professional throughout the whole process, giving us updates and advise along the way. The attention to detail was outstanding, leaving us with the perfect addition to our home. Alex went out of his way to make sure our goals were met, and beyond! Communicating was easy and reliable, leaving us feeling confident to message for anything. Alex then returned once we had finished the painting for some finishing touches and helped with some doors around the house that we have had trouble with. Alex fitted our internal doors which have totally transformed the inside of our house. He was great from start to finish in terms of talking through options and giving suggestions. He has a great eye for detail so made sure everything was perfect, even details nobody would really notice. I will definitely be using direct property services again

Alex did a lot of bespoke work in my kitchen - fitting units and a mantel, building bespoke cupboards and making doors to match some elsewhere. He even helped me to match up handles from elsewhere too. He’s a super guy, super friendly and professional and happy to go above and beyond for customers. Couldn’t recommend more.

We have had ChristelBall Joinery to do quite a bit of work for us at our house since we moved and we can't speak highly enough of them. The quality of their craftsmanship is excellent and the price was very good. Friendly service,clean,tidy & always turn up on time. In the kitchen we had them fit our engineered oak flooring,tri-fold oak doors,cottage style oak pantry door,new skirting and architrave,stud work with over boarding to create 2nd level ceiling for the extension and finally fitting the new kitchen including solid oak work tops. They were also able to make us matching solid oak window sills to match the worktops. We think it looks great and have had so many positive comments on it from friends and neighbours. Since then they have been back again to build our chimney breast TV unit/wall,fitted units with oak tops in the alcoves either side and an oak shelf under the TV for our soundbar. New skirting all round and a second oak cottage style door with matching oak window sill was also fitted. They've really helped us realise what we wanted to do with the downstairs of our house and we can't recommend them highly enough. It looks better than we ever could have hoped for. Later this year we will be starting upstairs and will 100% be using ChristelBall joinery for our wardrobes and any other joinery work we need.

Dean , recently, end of January 2025 , removed part of my kitchen units. Where there was an intergrated fridge freezer, which was broken. Dean made good the area , to fit a freestanding fridge freezer with his joinery skills and decorating ' painting ' . Highly delighted and would recommend Dean to friends and family.

A definite 5 stars for this trader. From our first communication we were impressed. Dean replied promptly, arranging a visit to view the potential work. He was punctual, discussed in great detail his ideas of solutions for the job. He then provided a very detailed, clearly laid out estimate: costings, itinerary of timescales etc. He arrived promptly each day, was polite and courteous, communicated well as work progressed, giving ideas and options and keen to show how he was progressing at all stages. We felt very much involved. His attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious, increasingly rare these days. We wish we had met Dean years ago and have no hesitation in recommending him to others for both his very high standards and craftsmanship, but also his personable nature. "Very, very happy with Dean's completion of the challenging task of installing a suspended pinewood ceiling immediately beneath an original, unstable lath & plaster ceiling. A really sound piece of work, with the timbers sanded then oiled and edged in beading to look top class. Dean then upgraded the existing woodwork and shelving around the room to give a unified, well-finished appearance. As a grand finale he redecorated the whole room to a truly professional standard. We thoroughly appreciated his readiness to ask for and swap ideas and suggestions at every stage, as well as his punctuality, reliability and tidiness; all part of his ultimate aim to produce an immaculate piece of work. We would highly recommend Dean to anybody!"

Dean recently fitted vinyl flooring to 3 rooms and a landing in our property. The work was completed quickly and to an excellent standard, Dean is a real perfectionist! Dan did such a fantastic job in our lounge, building us 2 beautiful alcove cupboards, 4 floating shelves and a superb fireplace surround and mantelpiece all in solid oak. We were so impressed that we also got him to make a bespoke unit for our vinyl and turntable.. Throughout the whole process, including navigating the covid lockdown, Dan gave us great ideas and guidance but really listened to what we wanted. He turned up when he said he would. He finished on time and was very competitively and fairly priced. Dan is also just a very nice guy who you feel confident about leaving in your house. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dan to any friends or family and cannot praise the quality and finish of his work highly enough.

Dan did an incredible job installing our understairs shoe storage and bar—10 out of 10! His attention to detail was second to none, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even got on well with our cat, who constantly tried to "help" by getting in the way! After we painted the cupboards, Dan kindly popped back to fit the handles, which was much appreciated. We had five quotes for this job, and Dan delivered twice the work for half the price. Highly recommend!

Ben built us a large bespoke utility cupboard with an adjoining dresser unit, made to match the style and colour of our existing kitchen units. He discussed our requirements, made suggestions, produced diagrams and worked around our builders. We have been very impressed with the quality of work. The soft-close drawers and shelves take a substantial weight of china and bottles! I would definitely recommend Ben and hope to use him again for other projects in the future.
