Craig came out, quoted and built us a brilliant decking and pergola within the space of weeks. It took 1.5 days and they worked like true professionals. A couple of days later I got a message from Craig offering further guidance on how to look after the wood based on conversations we had during his time building. We had multiple people come out and quote the work, but Craig stood out as the most honest, down to earth and talented of them all. Thanks Craig.

Excellent personalised service. I bought a chest of drawers abut 13 years ago and they are still like new. I had a bespoke trunk made for my hallway earlier this year and have just received a three drawer chest of drawers to match the ones I bought previously. Beautifully, hand crafted and made to exact measurements. Highly recommended

Just bought these beautiful chair's and table from Memory Lane. Gave them a coat of Osmo UV protection oil (oak stain), and they have come out gorgeous. Only went in for a small box, didn't get one in the end. But much happier with what we did come home with. 😊

Contacted Steve prior to having the wardrobe fitted. We discussed designs and details and what would compliment the existing fittings in the bedroom. Steve has an extensive catalogue of his works on his website that you look at to familiarise yourself with what would look special in your own home. After Steve’s recommendations and what we wanted he came out to measure up and again clarify our needs. Once the job commenced Steve took his time and patience in ensuring a quality job was completed keeping us updated with each process along the way. He was professional in every way, committed to getting the days job completed right down to cleaning up at the end of each day. The results at the finish were fantastic and we couldn’t be happier. They look classy, built to last and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again when we need some more bespoke furniture built. The price was very reasonable and for what you’d pay from a high street outfit it was a no brainier to use Steve. His partner Emma kept in touch every step of the way via email to update us with timescales etc and this once again showed their professionalism. Steven designed and built a custom storage cupboard, standing desk with shelving and cloakroom unit for us. He clearly has passion and love for his work, which manifests through the beauty in his workmanship and detail in his designs. Aside from the quality of his work, we were also delighted with how professional he and Emma were. Emma maintains clear communication through the process and Steven is always tidy and on time. Steven has made the most wonderful custom fitted wardrobes in a very awkward space. They are absolutely beautiful and look perfect! I had six Victorian pine internal doors supplied and fitted by Steven just before Christmas and they are superb. They lift the whole house and look stunning. The whole experience was a pleasure, from order to delivery and installation. Steven's attention to detail is second to none and considering he had to make adjustments to the doors to obtain a perfect fit in the freezing cold weather just before Christmas, is testament to his dedication to his craft. Steven is supported by Emma, who does a fantastic job in the office to ensure that the whole customer experience is a professional and enjoyable one.
