We really enjoyed working with Jack on the full re-design of our garden in London. Jack has incredible plant knowledge and a great eye for design and detail. We loved his naturalistic approach to garden design and his interest in sustainability. Jack understood our requirements straight away and was very communicative and responsive. He is honest and lovely to deal with. We cannot wait to see our new garden establish and develop over the years. We would definitely use Jack again and can’t recommend enough.

Jack has produced an amazing plan for our garden and meadow area in West Yorkshire. The planting is sensitive to the native area and designed to blend in with the beautiful Yorkshire Countryside. Jack is extremely knowledgeable about plants, planting and the environment, this combination makes his skills much sort after.

I can’t believe the transformation that Jack created in what was once just a concrete yard. There wasn’t even a garden to start with! Jack took a completely lifeless, paved space and turned it into the most beautiful wild garden I’ve ever seen. His creativity and vision are unmatched. Jack didn’t just add plants - he designed a space that brings so much joy and life to the world. Jack helped me with selecting plants and shrubs for our south-facing balcony. He was knowledgeable as to what would be suitable for the conditions and need minimal maintenance. Jack accompanied me to the garden centre then potted and arranged the plants on the balcony. The mix of different colours and vegetation really worked. Overall I was very pleased with his work. He works diligently and with enthusiasm and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Thankyou for an absolutely brilliant job, especially so with it being just before Christmas. After the last storms, my complete back garden fence had come down blocking the park snicket behind my house which a lot of people use this snicket as a short cut to park. Not only did Rob come highly recommended but him and his team worked hard and even managed to finish a day before the due finishing date, proper grafters. We are really pleased with our new patio. Rob and his team did a great job from helping us with our design ideas through to completion of the job on time and accurate to the initial quote . He and his team were hard working, efficient and tidy. We also appreciated that he had old stone slabs to use for our job in keeping with the look of our house and existing stone path. Amazing job by Rob at our place over the last 3 weeks. He and Ash worked tirelessly on our patio and driveway and have completely transformed our outdoor space. Rob was great from the minute we spoke to him - he had some cracking ideas which was great as we weren’t really sure what we wanted. Some contractors want to know exact details of what work needs doing right from the start but Rob worked flexibly with us throughout to take into account our changing priorities. Can’t speak highly enough of Rob - he has a mantra of seeing a job through to the end which was great as we weren’t really sure what “the end” should look like. We recently had a really bad experience with a landscaper who we paid a lot of money to and who left the project in a mess. Fortunately we had kept some of the fee back when we sacked him and then went out to find someone to put everything right. Enter RS Groundworks! I spoke to Rob and explained the situation and he came to look within a couple of days. He made a plan, fully explained it, and then told is his fees. We knew he had other work on and would fit us in when he could, but within a couple of weeks he came along and got on with the job. It's now all done and looking like we wanted it in the first place. Rob is very hard working, punctual, professional and experienced. His fees were fair. Our only regret was not getting Rob in the first place! (We actually tried)!! I would thoroughly recommend RS Groundworks.

We recently hired Elland Landscape Services to carry out some fairly major landscaping work in our back garden and they have done an absolutely stunning job. Over the course of a fortnight they have transformed a sloped lawn and concrete slab path into a beautiful large patio bordered by wooden sleepers, and a gorgeous flat terrace lawn. The lads worked tirelessly and have completely transformed an unused garden into an outdoor space that we can't wait to use. Every member of the team was professional, polite, punctual and a real grafter. We'd have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Elland Landscape Services to anyone, and in fact, we're already saving up to have them back next year to work on the other garden. Elland Landscapes replaced a rotten decking , built a side gate to the house and returfed the rear garden. Did an excellent job, really pleased with it. Would recommend them to others.

Used Elland Landscapes for remodelling my back garden. Very professional. Quoted and explained that during work additional costs may be incurred if ground is not stable. I was kept informed throughout. If there were any issues they would not cut corners they would stop and discuss options. They built a garden room 5x3 meters from a flat pack. Their attention to detail was second to none. My horrible back garden is now a beautiful space. Thanks to Chris, Jon, Lee and Dylan for a great job.

We called Darren up for a quote , he popped down straight away as he was nearby. We wanted some privet cutting and some bushes. We are selling our house so needed garden tidying up.He was able to do the job immediately which was lucky for us.He did a brilliant job. Tidied up the garden for us. Did some weeding too . It was absolutely red hot but he never stopped. Nice guy . Brilliant job will use again.

We have been delighted with Mark and his team in transforming our ‘new build’ garden into something mature and quite beautiful. Having been very happy with the creation of raised beds and the planting to front and side borders we asked Mark to come up with a plan to discuss for our very large rear border already housing 8 fully mature trees. “A walk in the Woods’ was an inspired design with steel moon gates, seating areas, pathways, water features and an outstanding planting design. We couldn’t be happier. The icing on the cake was just how personable and professional Mark, Jackie and Craig were. It was as if they’ve were doing their own garden !

Mark and his team have looked after our garden for a few years now. Mark is reliable, hardworking, knowledgeable and trustworthy. No job is too big or too small. He keeps our leylandii in check and has improved our front lawn no end. He also looks after my father-in-law's garden. I always look forward to his visits (and a chat!) and enjoy looking at the garden when he has been. He provides a first rate service with a smile!
