We recently hired Elland Landscape Services to carry out some fairly major landscaping work in our back garden and they have done an absolutely stunning job. Over the course of a fortnight they have transformed a sloped lawn and concrete slab path into a beautiful large patio bordered by wooden sleepers, and a gorgeous flat terrace lawn. The lads worked tirelessly and have completely transformed an unused garden into an outdoor space that we can't wait to use. Every member of the team was professional, polite, punctual and a real grafter. We'd have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Elland Landscape Services to anyone, and in fact, we're already saving up to have them back next year to work on the other garden. Used Elland Landscapes for remodelling my back garden. Very professional. Quoted and explained that during work additional costs may be incurred if ground is not stable. I was kept informed throughout. If there were any issues they would not cut corners they would stop and discuss options. They built a garden room 5x3 meters from a flat pack. Their attention to detail was second to none. My horrible back garden is now a beautiful space. Thanks to Chris, Jon, Lee and Dylan for a great job.

We are really happy with the fence and gates that Elland Landscaping installed for us. Their communication was good. They turned up on time, did exactly what we’d agreed for the price we agreed. The quality of the work is fantastic, it looks great but is really sturdy. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.

FirstLight Landscaping are a good company to work with when you're looking for a competent landscaping company that can project manage really well. We were looking to refresh the garden, as how we use the space is functionally different than the previous owners of our home. With FLL's designs (via Neal), we were able to discuss and alter them as often as we needed. When we eventually got to the work actually beginning (on Liam's side), their team were really flexible, and allowed us to add or change things in the design when we realised other needs for the space. Also, Ian and Rich, who worked on-site for the duration of the project, were lovely people who did great work, and knew a lot from their own experience, that helped inform when there were potentially better design choices. Overall, FLL are a trustworthy company, and I'd be happy to use their services again if the chance came up.

We had James and Murphy in for two weeks (with Liam supervising) putting in some raised decking in the back garden. They were extremely considerate of us and our neighbours at all times, and kept us fully informed about the progress of the work, even when we didn't ask. Our garden has restricted access so some of the aspects of deliveries were complicated but this was handled seamlessly. Their quality of work is very good and they involved us when decisions needed to be made, giving advice but leaving it ultimately up to us. They left the space incredibly tidy when they left, and it looks like we have a completely new garden! They were one of the best contractor teams we've had working on the house.

FirstlightLandscaping first built our raised decking 14 years ago so when it needed replacing we didn’t hestitate to contact them again. As before Liam, Neal & their team were so respectful & professional & did a fantastic job replacing our wooden decking for composite. There were a few hiccups with the delivery of materials from a third party but we were kept informed all the time. The FirstLight team were great from start to finish. We wanted a patio doing after having some work done on the house - Neal was really helpful with ideas, designs and advising on ways to keep to budget. All of the team were extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly we’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work. It has been finished to a really high standard. They kept the site as tidy as possible. We were also away on holiday for some of the work and the team kept us updated with pictures and were always available to chat to if needed. We had recently had our house extended, the original flags were laid round the extension but we wanted the patio area extending, plus the existing lawn retaining, Richard suggested this was done with sleepers. Richard was easy to deal with and we are very pleased with the end result.

The recommendations and advise Richard gave at quote stage were both honest and practical within our budget. The whole team was incredibly professional from Start to finish. First used this company a few years ago to revamp garden after building work. Sarah provided an amazing plan making sure all the areas most viewed from indoors were exciting and colourful. We now have a beautiful cohesive garden. We have been pleased to welcome Sarah back to our garden to enhance further areas which she has done with much success. Because she listens so carefully and then actually tries to fit our brief so closely it has been a very painless experience. Would not have known where to start to get what we had in mind - but now we have it! We are currently liaising with Sarah over a few tweaks and additions and as usual she has some brilliant ideas. We really enjoy our garden now both viewed from inside the house as well as in this glorious leisure space. Very happy to reccomend this company.

When we bought our house, we were didn’t know where to start with the overgrown garden. We wanted to maintain the established plants and borders but make it low maintenance and easy to stay on top of. Annabel and Sarah created a contemporary garden design, which incorporated everything we were looking for in a low maintenance design. It turned out exactly as we wanted and we couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently had the One Day Consultation with Sarah at North Leeds Garden Design. It was brilliant - a really useful morning spent going round our garden and talking through solutions to the various problem areas and Sarah sent through an incredibly detailed report after spending an afternoon back in the office. She came up with some great ideas for the garden and I've already implemented a couple of the simple ones. I don't normally do things like this but it was well worth the money - I now know where to spend money on the garden and what plants will work well in our soil, which will avoid wasting money in the future on unsuitable plants. I am also more confident about going forward with projects in the garden.

I recently had a One Day garden consultation with Sarah to give me some inspiration and advice on what to do with our garden (we’ve recently moved into a new build house with a fairly large garden area that we wanted to make the best of with some lovely planting while also making it kid friendly for our toddler and find space for a shed!). Sarah spent the morning with me thoroughly going through ideas for types of plants, positioning of plants, garden layout and helped with lots of problem solving too (as the garden space we have has a fairly challenging layout). It was a really enjoyable morning and I liked the collaborative approach that Sarah took, exploring my preferences at every point. From the morning’s session, Sarah produced a wonderfully detailed garden proposal for us and specific instructions for planting. Sarah’s plant knowledge is really impressive, she knew exactly what was best for our soil and the Yorkshire climate. As someone with minimal gardening experience, I now feel like I have a route forwards to creating a beautiful garden whereas before I didn’t know where to begin!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Mark has recently completed a large project in our garden and has done a fantastic job. He was happy to come and quote, took the time to discuss options and was transparent about how busy he was this year and started when he said he would. Mark takes real pride in his work and is not afraid to graft in any weather and take the time needed to complete the job to a high standard. We had a mix of indian paving (4 size Slabs and Setts), edging, yorkstone wall planters, steps and a sleeper planter built, all done to a professional standard using quality materials There are many, many "landscaping" outfits out there (where quotes may vary wildly) but be in no doubt Mark has the contacts, experience and knowledge to complete work efficiently and to a high standard.

Mark and his team have recently completed a total landscaping of our front and back gardens, converting what was a small lawn and large bushes in the front garden to a very attractive rockery. The back garden has been transformed from a tired sloping lawn into a lovely large porcelain tiled sitting and relaxing area. In addition to this he has made a superb planter which we look forward to planting very soon. We asked for some suggestions and ideas on layout and design and Mark suggested what we thought was a great scheme. He and his team worked hard through some very poor weather conditions to create us what we consider an excellent scheme to a very high standard. If any issues arose he was always able to come up with a good alternative and happily incorporated it. We happily recommend him and his team to anyone.

Thanks so much to Ben and his wonderful team for my fabulous new decking - from Andrew who went through the initial design to Dave, Cory and Patryk who completed the installation. The workmanship is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and the lads made a fantastic job of the entire project including dealing with a land drainage issue going back over 20 years to when the house was first built! Ben, Andrew and the 2 Matts were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a very friendly and welcoming service to someone with little to no knowledge of landscaping processes. Ours was a small but messy and unkempt garden and it has been transformed by the work Landscape Creations have done. Ben was really flexible offering suggestions of how to reduce the initial quote costs to bring it to within our budget. And Matt x 2 and Andrew were happy to be flexible and make minor adjustments as the project progressed. Landscape Creations have just completed a large renovation project of our large rear garden. The work involved a total redesign which included the preparation and laying of approximately 375 square metres of turf, creating beds containing a mixture of trees, shrubs and a variety of plants. The work also involved the construction of paths and patio steps Ben and his team are very professional, delightful to work with and provide an excellent level of service. As well as the expertese provided by Ben. special thanks go to Cory, Dave and Pat who were meticulous in all aspects of the work As such we would highly recommend them for any similar work, regardless of the size of the project

Amazing job by Rob at our place over the last 3 weeks. He and Ash worked tirelessly on our patio and driveway and have completely transformed our outdoor space. Rob was great from the minute we spoke to him - he had some cracking ideas which was great as we weren’t really sure what we wanted. Some contractors want to know exact details of what work needs doing right from the start but Rob worked flexibly with us throughout to take into account our changing priorities. Can’t speak highly enough of Rob - he has a mantra of seeing a job through to the end which was great as we weren’t really sure what “the end” should look like. Thankyou for an absolutely brilliant job, especially so with it being just before Christmas. After the last storms, my complete back garden fence had come down blocking the park snicket behind my house which a lot of people use this snicket as a short cut to park. Not only did Rob come highly recommended but him and his team worked hard and even managed to finish a day before the due finishing date, proper grafters. We are really pleased with our new patio. Rob and his team did a great job from helping us with our design ideas through to completion of the job on time and accurate to the initial quote . He and his team were hard working, efficient and tidy. We also appreciated that he had old stone slabs to use for our job in keeping with the look of our house and existing stone path. We used RS Groundworks to redesign and landscape our back garden. This involved construction of a retaining wall, earthworks, patio relaying/extension and turf installation, amongst other things. We agreed a date for the work to take place and Rob turned up on time with all the equipment. We had some last minute changes to the design which Rob was happy to accommodate, he also gave us advise on how to make the best use of some of the spaces in our garden. We were really pleased with the quality and consistency throughout and the finished work was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using RS Groundworks again and can't recommend highly enough.
