Hands down the best landscaping design and installation professionals in this region, if not the UK. The team are very patient and attentive to every detail in the garden. Our garden came a cost but we can say without doubt we are overjoyed with the outcome and the follow up service. John and his team have kept an eye on the garden to ensure the warranty period is honored and have been proactive in providing follow up care at no further cost. If you want outstanding design, installation and after care then you must go with these guys.

I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful group of people. The design by John and the installation by Darren and his team was of the highest quality. My uninteresting lawn with borders and a tiny patio was transformed into something wonderful with a pergola, raised pond, large planters and patio but still with enough grass for a game of football or cricket to satisfy the grandchildren. Darren and the boys worked virtually non-stop for 5 weeks, often arriving in early morning darkness. Their attention to detail was remarkable and as the saying goes "You get what you pay for", it is worth every penny. Visitors always comment at how wonderful the garden looks. Thank you to everyone involved, especially to Darren and the boys.

John was excellent on the design, taking the time to understand our brief and coming up with a design that we were really happy with. There was clear communication throughout the process so we knew what was happening when. The Yorkshire Gardens team who did the work were brilliant. Very hard working (the build coincided with a long heat wave!) and very friendly. They didn't mind explaining what they were doing and accommodated a couple of tweaks here and there without complaint. We were delighted with the outcome and six months later that's still the case. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Yorkshire Gardens, particularly if you want the design and execution of a garden project.

We found PGS online & rang to ask if it was possible to cut our very overgrown lawn & do some other gardening work. We have just moved to a bungalow & unfortunately the completion took longer than we expectd, hence the lawn was exremely long & too difficult for us to deal with. Saif, from PGS, came to see us & said he would come within the week to cut the grass & then see what was required to be done later. As it rained every day for the following week he was unable to come, but true to his word he arrived yeserday & strimmed, raked,, strimmed & raked again & then mowed the lawn. He said he would leave us with a striped lawn but my husband didn't believe him, but a striped lawn is what we've got! It looks wonderful. We cannot recommend Saif highly enough. He is a very hard working, friendly & polite young man & we shall certainly be having him again very soon to carry out planting, etc.

Saif has come several times to sort my garden and do various jobs: jet washing garden path; guttering; straightening a washing line pole; digging up shrubs that were too big for me to do. Massively impressed. Saif came out to take a look at the space (new build garden, so full of rocks and rubbish, whilst being entirely uneven) and to show me some options/ideas. He took measurements and gave me a quote the same day. The work was efficient, the entire team were extremely professional, and best of all, the garden is exactly what I was looking for! Even after the job has been done, they're coming back to do the first cut of the turf to make sure that it has properly bedded in. When we do the front garden in a couple of years, I'll definitely be contacting PGS again.

Luke and his team did a fantastic job transforming our Victorian courtyard garden. We used the designed Marco who Luke recommended and the process was great. Everyone worked incredibly hard and Luke was very hands on and involved on a daily basis. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and I would recommend Wren without a second doubt.

Wow my garden was like a forest before. The work green gardens have done to transform my garden is amazing! Very responsive, very polite and professional did everything I asked for. No problems at all and very clean with their work. All friendly too but the job is immaculate and would 100% recommend to anyone. So many companies let me down but these lot came out valued and assessed everything and gave such a fair price compared to others.

FirstlightLandscaping first built our raised decking 14 years ago so when it needed replacing we didn’t hestitate to contact them again. The FirstLight team were great from start to finish. We wanted a patio doing after having some work done on the house - Neal was really helpful with ideas, designs and advising on ways to keep to budget. All of the team were extremely professional and friendly. Most importantly we’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work. It has been finished to a really high standard. They kept the site as tidy as possible. We were also away on holiday for some of the work and the team kept us updated with pictures and were always available to chat to if needed. FirstLight Landscaping are a good company to work with when you're looking for a competent landscaping company that can project manage really well. We were looking to refresh the garden, as how we use the space is functionally different than the previous owners of our home. With FLL's designs (via Neal), we were able to discuss and alter them as often as we needed. When we eventually got to the work actually beginning (on Liam's side), their team were really flexible, and allowed us to add or change things in the design when we realised other needs for the space. Also, Ian and Rich, who worked on-site for the duration of the project, were lovely people who did great work, and knew a lot from their own experience, that helped inform when there were potentially better design choices. Overall, FLL are a trustworthy company, and I'd be happy to use their services again if the chance came up.

We had James and Murphy in for two weeks (with Liam supervising) putting in some raised decking in the back garden. They were extremely considerate of us and our neighbours at all times, and kept us fully informed about the progress of the work, even when we didn't ask. Our garden has restricted access so some of the aspects of deliveries were complicated but this was handled seamlessly. Their quality of work is very good and they involved us when decisions needed to be made, giving advice but leaving it ultimately up to us. They left the space incredibly tidy when they left, and it looks like we have a completely new garden! They were one of the best contractor teams we've had working on the house.

Dean and his team came out to put me a new fence up. They were on time, professional, friendly and left my garden immaculate. Even finished the job before schedule. I can not praise Dean enough, he has recently helped me out clearing out a very overgrown area and would not accept any payment for it. The quality of the work that he provides is always first class. Over the years he has done numerous jobs for myself and my family, he is always prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Graham for taking my garden work on. From start to finish the lads have being awesome and I'm quite picky with tradesmen but have to say that Tom and Shaun have been brilliant and do work thier socks off and the finish product is awesome. I've had my front lawn taken up, cultivated and returfed and the back garden fence has been pulled down and a new one put up. The lads were punctual, reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall if I need anymore work doing then these are my go to indeed and will be recommending them to others

My mum has just had her garden done and this is her feedback.... A job very well done by Graham and his team. We just had our back garden transformed, with new bespoke tiles and some beautiful looking steps, spaced out safely to avoid falling and made larger than before to give more depth to the overall look, which is stunning and will be so much easier for us to maintain.
