I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful group of people. The design by John and the installation by Darren and his team was of the highest quality. My uninteresting lawn with borders and a tiny patio was transformed into something wonderful with a pergola, raised pond, large planters and patio but still with enough grass for a game of football or cricket to satisfy the grandchildren. Darren and the boys worked virtually non-stop for 5 weeks, often arriving in early morning darkness. Their attention to detail was remarkable and as the saying goes "You get what you pay for", it is worth every penny. Visitors always comment at how wonderful the garden looks. Thank you to everyone involved, especially to Darren and the boys.

Hands down the best landscaping design and installation professionals in this region, if not the UK. The team are very patient and attentive to every detail in the garden. Our garden came a cost but we can say without doubt we are overjoyed with the outcome and the follow up service. John and his team have kept an eye on the garden to ensure the warranty period is honored and have been proactive in providing follow up care at no further cost. If you want outstanding design, installation and after care then you must go with these guys.

Yorkshire Gardens completed an extensive landscaping job for me. I couldn’t have asked for more. They went above & beyond to get the job done in the time frame promised. After care has also been amazing, anything extra needed or any question asked was always responded to. The guys working on site were very polite & hard working. John & Darren are so helpful. Our gardens were very overgrown with hedges, shrubs, fruit trees and conifers needing trimming/pruning. An excellent job was carried out and all cuttings were taken away leaving everywhere neat and tidy. All done quickly and at a good price. Would recommend and will be returning customers.

After a season of neglect my garden was overgrown & desperately in need of attention. Ben replied promptly, they arrived at the arranged time as well. Job was carried out to a high standard. A job that would have taken me days, was completed in a few hours. Pruning, few feet of the hedge, a boundary of trees all cut back, weeding, edges reformed & tidying. All waste taken away. Now the garden looks amazing.

We were so impressed with them that we asked if they could build us a new patio. What started as a maintenance visit has turned into a new patio, new path, new steps, revamped rockery, new lawn and reseeded the main lawn. They are brilliant. Shout out to Evan who leads the landscaping side - very knowledgeable and always looking for innovative solution. I can not praise Dean enough, he has recently helped me out clearing out a very overgrown area and would not accept any payment for it. The quality of the work that he provides is always first class. Over the years he has done numerous jobs for myself and my family, he is always prompt, polite and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his business. He will always stay until the job is complete and leaves your property immaculate. Nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

Dean and his team came out to put me a new fence up. They were on time, professional, friendly and left my garden immaculate. Even finished the job before schedule. The FirstLight team were great from start to finish. We wanted a patio doing after having some work done on the house - Neal was really helpful with ideas, designs and advising on ways to keep to budget. FirstLight Landscaping are a good company to work with when you're looking for a competent landscaping company that can project manage really well. We were looking to refresh the garden, as how we use the space is functionally different than the previous owners of our home. With FLL's designs (via Neal), we were able to discuss and alter them as often as we needed. When we eventually got to the work actually beginning (on Liam's side), their team were really flexible, and allowed us to add or change things in the design when we realised other needs for the space. Also, Ian and Rich, who worked on-site for the duration of the project, were lovely people who did great work, and knew a lot from their own experience, that helped inform when there were potentially better design choices. Overall, FLL are a trustworthy company, and I'd be happy to use their services again if the chance came up.

Four Seasons carried out work to our Garden earlier this year including new stone walls, stairs, patio and pizza oven area. The job involved some excavation and they were very organised with skips and materials. Matthew, Luke & Liam did a superb job and we’re absolutely thrilled with the result. We liked to be involved with decisions and kept up to date as the job progressed and they patiently discussed ideas and came up with solutions with professionalism and humour. We’ve had work done by other companies previously that wasn’t done right leaving loose flags among other issues but Four Seasons have done the job right and we have no concerns whatsoever over the standard and finish of the work. They are also thoroughly nice people and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.

We are delighted with the work carried out on our garden. It was a big job, turning a rather sad & neglected garden into a veritable oasis with a new patio, lawns, pathways, wildflower area, flower beds and planting. Have been trying to get any garden services to trim a conifer for over 2 years tried numerous different gardeners including one in my own village of grenoside all said no problem we'll be there in the next 2 weeks none turned up,until I contacted M J Gardening the owner came gave me a price said it would be around three weeks he called me in less than two he and his team came the next day trimmed and shaped conifer did a couple of things extra that we asked, everything cleared up and left tidy,did an excellent job highly satisfied,thank you.

I found West County Landscapes 7 years ago - I was thrilled - up to that point I had only found garden maintenance firms that let me down - regularly not turning up due to issues with weather or short staff - and often seeming to lack the level of professional expertise and knowledge I expected. I don’t know how West County Landscapes manage to do perfectly what other firms struggle to do - but they are brilliant. My initial arrangement was a fortnightly maintenance contract - they never missed a visit - whatever the weather - they were there - very impressive. Over the years I have been so glad I found them - their work ethic, their level of knowledge and expertise - and the standard of their work is consistent and really high. It is just wonderful to know my garden is in good hands and that I can completely rely on them. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I am a complete fan!
