6 years working with these fantastic “Angels”, each event perfectly planned and executed. I have always admired their attention to every small but significant detail to make sure each client has their dream event. They are one of our favourite clients for a reason, we get excited with every new concept and vision they want to create to make each event individual and spectacular. We are very lucky to be part of their extended team.

We worked with the Angels for a private party to supply our flagship Mirror X booth. Big credit to the team, they work extremely hard and are very professional with their delivery, the venue was jaw-droppingly stunning, and everything went smoothly, would be more than happy to work with them again :)

The Angels really were our Angels. From concept to party we were in great hands. They developed our ideas and turned them into reality but with their own very special touch - and all within a tight budget. They listened carefully, gave advice and suggestions and created a stunning event that was spectacular in every sense of the word. Their hands on approach meant that the run up to the party was just as enjoyable as the event itself. Their unobtrusive management during the party allowed us to do just that - Party! The Angels Event delivered a truly top class party to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Right from the planning stages they were inventive, professional and a joy to work with. We had 100 guests who still talk about the party today as being the best party they have ever been to! Thanks to Eleanor’s creativity and Mark’s very through and practical approach it was a wow. We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. What can I say other than amazing!! We got married at Denton Hall in Ilkley and Box Tree did our catering and wedding planning. Everything about the run up and the wedding day was perfect. We were originally meant to get married in 2020 but even with 2 postponements, the guys at Box Tree were so attentive and lovely. They made us feel so at ease when planning our wedding. Box Tree Events catered for our wedding in July and the quality of the food and the service was fantastic. Michelle and Rebecca were so friendly but also true professionals which made our day run so smoothly. I'm so glad that we had Box Tree Events for our wedding as without them, trying to organise a wedding during a pandemic would have been so much more difficult. Everything from the drinks reception, canapés, wedding breakfast and wine was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. The service was well-executed and very efficient throughout the whole day. We can't thank them enough!

She’s like having a best friend by your side every step of the way who knows all the good tips and tricks. She listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us create the most magical day. Our wedding day would not have been anywhere near as good without Rosie's planning skills and advice. We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We could never have pulled of the wedding without Rosie and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her either. She’s worth her weight in gold and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We had the best time at an event here. Our friend held a medieval banquet for their birthday as part of a LARP game we play. The venue was beautiful and cosy the perfect setting for the event and the staff were so wonderful. They made the night so much fun and got into the spirit of our silliness. The food was exquisite (Six courses where each was impossibly better than the last) and there was so much. The walk up to the tower was lit and there was a fire outside while we all arrived and then the welcome rooms had wood burning stoves to keep us toasty. It has clearly been lovingly filled with trinkets a deco that make the space so unique and aesthetically wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this venue and a big should out to the staff for being excellent and good sports (they gave out game cards and thoroughly got into the good vibes with us)

My daughter got married on 8th November. We stopped in the barn the night before, everything we needed was there, lovely barn. Connor and his wonderful team were on hand at all times. The food was wonderful (chef needs come live with me). Thank you for making the day so magical.

As a wedding photographer I absolutely love this venue! Conor and the team are amazing and so organised on the day. I've shot here several times and each and every time has been such a joy. There are so many great spots for portraits too with the gorgeous views of Yorkshire, and the ceremony space just speaks for itself with the amazing windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone! 🙌

Alison did an amazing job for our wedding reception - everything looked better than we could have imagined!! Right from the start Alison was so helpful, showing us around the show room and walking us through everything, and also ordering in different coloured flowers to match the theme! 100% recommend!!

West Yorkshire Event Styling did our wedding in Feb 2023 and I can't say enough about how great our venue looked. Alison was professional from the outset and nothing was too much for her. Eventhough she already has a long itinerary of resources, if we wanted something specific, she would find it, such as a fog machine! Her blossom trees are beautiful and I had so many comments from all our guests on how amazing they looked. The entire venue looked enchanting. You're in a safe pair of hands with Alison and I would definitely recommend.

Wow! Our expectations were already high from our chats and the samples we had already seen with Alison beforehand - but wow, everything far exceeded beyond what we imagined! Sometimes it can be hard to put into words what you are envisioning, but Alison had fully grasped what we were looking for and executed it amazingly on the day. Every detail was absolutely spot on. Everything was positioned well, balanced, the colour scheme as perfect, and included personal touches that made it so special to us. The actual decor itself is also high quality - our guests couldn’t believe that the floral displays weren’t real! Alison is also really easy to get on with and work with, we would recommend highly for wedding decor!

My wife and I were married at the Chilli Barn in late March 2024. If, like us, you're planning an intimate, comfortable wedding, but you want top class professional service, you really should look no further. Starting with the venue itself, the feeling of being 'out in the countryside' yet ten minutes from the airport & only half an hour from Leeds is a unique selling point. The barn is light, airy and warm, with plenty of space for our forty day and seventy evening guests. The small footprint adds to the intimacy rather than taking away from the comfort - trust me, it's bigger on the inside! The team are, without exception, first class. From facilitating our long term planning, both big and small, to the smooth running of the day, to going above and beyond when the inevitable unexpected happens, nothing was too much trouble for Leah & the team. The food was praised by every guest, and though 'value for money' is pretty subjective when it comes to the wedding premium I feel like every pound we spent with the Chili Barn added something to the day. We fell in love with the place within five minutes of walking through the door the first time and the day exceeded all of our expectations. Go check it out.

I have photographed gorgeous cosy winter weddings and lovely hot summer weddings at The Chilli Barn and it’s a truly magical venue whatever the season! The staff are always great! There are lots of lovely locations around the barn for photos, the rustic steps, festoon lights in autum and winter and a pretty buttercup meadow in May! The woodlands over the road from the barn offer lots of photo opportunities too! I can’t wait to be back photographing weddings here in 2024.
