We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. It was a pleasure to work with Sian and we cannot thank her enough for the huge part she played in our beautiful day ❤️

When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. Sian took over control of the supplier at the 6 week mark in order to get the schedule together. This was so helpful and really took the pressure off us. After we postponed our wedding a year due to covid, I felt a little overwhelmed by resuming our planning and so reached out to Sian for her on the day coordination and some additional help in terms of childcare for our daughter aged nearly 2 on the later evening. Sian was brilliant coordinating the suppliers, it was a blank canvas venue and so we had numerous suppliers to link in with. Sian helped with last minute plans, picked up our props for the day and coordinated the set up. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

Rosie has been completely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and beyond. She is professional, reliable, proactive, and responsive; I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her! She planned our wedding at Elmore Court in December 2020 and guided us through not only the process itself but also the fact we had to adapt from a 160 person wedding to a micro wedding with 16 people. Wow! What more can I say? Vickie was so helpful from start to finish and her work is amazing. The venue was decorated so beautifully for my 40th party. From the seat covers and sashes, to the pretty centrepieces, to the balloons, to the twinkly lights on the stage. Everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked. I'd met Vickie and the Spectacular Scenes team on a few occasions at various wedding fairs and always liked what I saw. We had the wedding venue lighting add some festoon lights into our venue which were absolutely perfect for our special day. We requested some outside festoons but the venue had already installed these so wedding venue lighting refunded us the amount quickly and without question. We cannot thank them enough for their work and the lighting did really make our day that more special.

We booked our wedding venue decor/lighting from Wedding Venue Lighting & it was so perfect. They have lots of options to choose from at reasonable prices. Communication was simple & easy. We hired the mirror photo booth and dancefloor for a Xmas party. The team were professional from start to finish and nothing was too much for them. Phenomenal service! If you are looking for dessert table for your event, I would not hesitate to book them in. Arrived earlier, very professional setup and friendly service. All the guests loved the karak chai and waffles. Very reasonably priced too, will definitely be booking in for future events.

Booked 360 photobooth and the mini dutch pancake station for my event. Service was great! Staff were lovely, would definitely recommend!

We used events by perspective for a welcome sign and their pancake cart for our wedding. The welcome sign was a really nice touch and really well decorated. As for the pancake cart, all guests absolutely loved the pancakes and the cart was always busy despite us having other desserts. The team provided were super helpful and friendly, handled the large number of guests really well and set up and packed up without any issue. I would highly recommend these guys as their prices were also better than other vendors closer to us. The team travelled four hours to cater for our event and still beat the price of London based vendors.

An absolute 5 star service provided by Events by Perspective. Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. We had the waffle stick station at our wedding evening party and they went down a treat!! Our guests were raving about the waffle sticks and saying how it was a nice extra touch to the party!
