I went here to have the bad hair cut off, a professional colour and then HAIR EXTENSIONS. My big birthday was coming up and I couldn't face my party with short hair. All this turned out exceptionally well. The hair extensions are a dream, better than my own hair used to be. I can't imagine going back now. Easy to wash, dry and style and I no longer wake up resembling a gonk. The atmosphere at Funky is friendly, fun and the staff are so down to earth (like me) and caring. My Mum has been every week for years. She can't manage on her own anymore, so the girls fetch her in a wheelchair. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Funky and Fresh hair extensions. They didn't break the bank either.

Always a lovely experience! I lost trust in previous hairdressers due to bleach damage but Jess takes such great care of my hair.. the quality of the products and skills of the girls is outstanding. They make a great effort to fit me in at my preferred times and it's a really warm welcoming atmosphere with very reasonable pricing!

First time booking in at funky fresh and will definitely be going back, in love with my hair Rachel talked me through what I wanted and gave me the better options which I highly appreciate. Parastu is an incredibly talented lady. My first time here was actually an off chance but since discovering her for about a year now I haven’t gone elsewhere for my nails. Her attention to details, skilful and friendly personality is top chart. Thank you for always being so accommodating, for the cuppa and biscuits too ☺️

This is my second time having my nails done at the salon, Parastu is lovely and I am very happy with my nails. I get builder gel and it has lasted me 2 and a half weeks but I use my hands a lot at work and find that to be the longest gel ever lasts me!

I've been to Y&R only a handful of times for gel nails but it's become a firm favourite. Parastu is quick but meticulous and offers advice when I'm stuck between two colours. Great little venue with affordable prices, what's not to love.

I went for my first appointment last week and I was over the moon with my treatments! I got a fantastic deal for acrylic nails and a dermaplane facial and I also got lip filler. I love my nails and the facial was so relaxing leaving my skin nice and smooth! I was so nervous about having my lips done, but the aesthetician Fiona put me at ease and reassured me and made me feel so much better. I am in love with my new lips! The shop is beautiful and it’s really nice and clean. The staff are lovely and I will definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend!

Staff are lovely & always professional, had a few sessions of the fat dissolve & lip filler and can already see a huge difference.

Lovely and friendly staff always listen to how my day/week has been. I had an amazing facial by Rekha. It was relaxing, and I felt like a trillion dollars! I booked my eyebrows with prity herself, which was awesome. She gave me the best shape for my face and advised me on how to maintain and keep my brows healthy. I would personally recommend eyebrows and a facial of your choice together as they go hand in hand. What a wonderful way to spend my Sunday morning going into the afternoon. There were plenty of offers on hot drinks as it's getting cold now. Nice modern and relaxing interior with a warm ambience a treat as it is a beautiful clean salon, and it always smells gorgeous as soon as you enter. I have been visiting Prity Saloon for the 15 years and she gave excellent service through out those years, highly recommend her for facial and waxing. Now my second generation is starts visiting her. Very neat and clean atmosphere .

My grandma has recently got nano eyebrows done from pritty. She has listened to what she wanted and having given her the best result which we couldn’t be more thankful for! This is my second time, and I had an even more brilliant experience with Zoe who is an amazing, warm, friendly and brilliant stylist. I've been going to NU for a few years now upon family recommendation and each time I've felt beautiful coming out!! Zoe is absolutely lovely and made sure I was comfortable and in control the entire time. Hair is very important to a woman's appearance and she understood perfectly what I wanted and checked with me throughout the process to see whether or not I liked what I saw. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in getting a cut or dye, my mum doesn't trust anyone else to get her own touch ups except NU at this point. Five stars all around ✨️

Went here after a bad experience at a different salon and carol absolutely smashed it 😍 she booked me in so quickly and was so lovely.. I’m so so happy with my hair and will definitely be returning . This was my first time visiting Blush 22 and I must say, I was really impressed. The salon is beautiful and very clean. All the staff seemed lovely. Amber, who did my hair, was super sweet and did such a great job with my haircut!!! She took her time to listen to how I’d like my haircut and delivered it perfectly!
