Very nice welcoming atmosphere from the start of my visit. In terms of my hair colour, Luke was actually the first hair stylist in 5 years to say what colours would compliment my hair and suit me and what we can achieve.Very happy with my experience.Will definitely go back.

A really great experience for my nine year old son - he left the salon absolutely over the moon with his haircut. He had nothing but good things to say about Lauren who really listened and chatted away with him which made him feel really at ease and comfortable. The receptionist could not have been friendlier and more welcoming. I felt heard about the style we wanted, the appointment was bang on time and the price was great value. Zubda is amazing at what she does always looks after her clients and goes above and beyond , makes you feel comfortable and takes her time explains everything thoroughly. Highly experienced and gives you the right advice, the salon is beautiful would definitely recommend

Amazing salon so much expert knowledge about hair. Weaned me off bleached onto colour and the difference in my hair is amazing from Fine thin and broken. My hair always looks fabulous when I’ve been for a visit. I highly recommend them. I also have my nails, eyebrows and waxing done which is great getting everything done in one visit. Love a visit to CB it’s like visiting family ❤️

Louise has been cutting my short hair for almost two years now. She's very nice and professional. She gives advice on what suits me given my hair texture and face shape but gives the style that I've asked for. I've always come out happy after a haircut with her.

Beautiful salon, and Louise is amazing! My hair was in need of some love as it has been box dyed almost black for 3 years now and Louise managed to get it to a light brown balyage in the first session. Felt like a princess leaving. Can't wait to come back for second session! Xxx

This is only the second time that my wife has been here and she's really pleased with the way that Heidi has been looking after her. She would like a particular style but needs to grow her hair a little longer so she will be back in 8 weeks to hopefully get it finalised. We only found them looking on Google and because they have a lot better rating than most even Mark Betts decided to give them a go. Really glad we did.

I came here to get my sons perm the staff our amazing great advise so friendly now I come to get my hair dyed and my sister comes to get her’s as well. My hair looks great. And most of all the shop is so welcoming and Laura and Sophie constantly look after their customers. I would defo recommend.

Friendly staff who were knowledgeable and cared about my thoughts about a new hairstyle I wanted. The surroundings were pleasant. The shop was very busy and the staff managed to deal with all their customers quickly and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised with the price for a high quality service and would use this hair salon again.

I visit my hairdresser Lauren at Scizzor Sisters. Very friendly staff, everyone is so nice. Atmosphere is excellent, everyone very chatty and make everyone welcome.

Came to Janet for a lashes training course and had the most amazing time! Felt more than welcome and learnt so much from her. Have been coming for waxing now too and never thought I’d feel as comfortable as I do. The best service♥️

Fabulous. I’ve been visiting Janet for the past 8 years (or even longer possibly). Before that, I found it difficult to find a beauty therapist that I was completely satisfied with. With Janet, the treatment is always perfect, fast, efficient and her competitive price is a bonus. Janet is always very bubbly, chatty and friendly and my treatment time is a lovely space to unwind and relax. I find Janet very flexible with her times and she always tries her best to fit me in at the time I ask for. Clearly very competent and experienced. No doubt I will continue going to Beauty Within. There was adequate space for parking and the salon was very clean and gorgeous in its decor. The facilities were excellent, having a troop of very smart and professional hair dressers and a barber who had been cutting mens hair for 30yrs+. When looking around, there was an aesthetics treatment room and a nail/beauty/earwax removal (coning?) Highly recommended 👌

I always go to Collets Salon to have my daughters hair cut, she was antisocial but they have been wonderful with her and always do a good job with her hair. Definitely recommend.

Just like to say a massive thank you to these girls,,got let down for my daughters hair doing by another salon 1 and half working days before Christmas, Christmas was ruined! And even tho fully booked up, divine fit her in and saved our Christmas, well saved my ears from an upset teenager! And got a smile back on her face! They didn’t have to do it but did and I really really Carnt speak highly enough of them, nice girls, nice salon and to top it off the hair cut and highlights where wicked. Highly recommended!

I always feel welcome when I go for my hair doing. The girls who work there are very friendly and they take the time to get to know their customers. When I first went I had no idea what to do, but my stylist talked me through all my options and when I left my confidence was through the roof. 5 stars well earned.

Amazing experience from start to finish for our spa day ! We chose the mud rasul treatment along with a back massage (Kelly was so knowledgeable with regards to the back massage! highly recommend!) .. and enjoyed our cream tea with scones😋 .. Natalie and Kelly were so attentive .. we weren't rushed at all .. such a peaceful calming atmosphere .. we left feeling refreshed and recharged but most of all relaxed ..already looking forward to coming back ! What an experience! I had the full works! Due to my job, I have neck and backache. I also came in with a tension headache that I’ve had for three weeks. Natalie was amazing; I felt so relaxed and in a safe space. My skin feels amazing not only is she a talented but she also using the best products and listens to my skin problems. Wow, my husband and I have just had a wonderful afternoon at The Powder Room. We booked a CYO spa date and what a lush experience it was. Natalie, the owner, was super lovely and attentive. We were made to feel at ease and comfortable. The room is calming and cosy, thee perfect environment. The fruit platter, pastries and yogurt were delicious. We both picked a back & leg massage, all I can say is Natalie has magic hands! My husband fell asleep he was soo relaxed. I'd highly recommend the spa experience for anyone who wants the ultimate relaxation. ✨️
