I've been to Y&R only a handful of times for gel nails but it's become a firm favourite. Parastu is quick but meticulous and offers advice when I'm stuck between two colours. Great little venue with affordable prices, what's not to love.

Parastu is an incredibly talented lady. My first time here was actually an off chance but since discovering her for about a year now I haven’t gone elsewhere for my nails. Her attention to details, skilful and friendly personality is top chart. Thank you for always being so accommodating, for the cuppa and biscuits too ☺️

Had powder brows done here and Paratsu has done a fantastic job. The shape and colour are perfect. It’s a lovely salon with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be returning for more treatments 😁

Probably one of the best salons i have ever used. I have been coming here now for around 13 years. The staff are very friendly and exceptionally experienced, and all reasonably priced. Highly recommend them

Had my hair done by the lovely Ella after a bleach and box hair-dye had gone wrong. I was really stressed, I rang on the Monday and they got me in on the Friday. In the consultation, she took strand tests to check what colour would cover the patchy red/ginger. It has come out beautifully. A lovely dark brunette with some pretty auburn undertones. She was polite, very professional and nice to chat to. I feel so much more confident now. I would highly recommend Ella and the salon!

Set in a prime location of Pudsey, just a short walk from the town centre. A fabulous hairdresser with 3 hairdressers. They make you feel welcome and listen to what you would like but also to give you their opinion and what they think if you ask them for their help

I booked an appointment after noticing a lady in the shops and I asked where she has her hair done. I booked that day and I am so happy, especially with the colour which is what I had been unhappy with elsewhere, the cut is also very good so a 10 out of 10 for me. Sophie is friendly and professional, listened to what I wanted and gave her professional opinion and delivered an excellent cut and colour. I haven't been this happy with my hair for a long time

Excellent, just a short walk from the centre of Pudsey and open late on weekday evenings allowing flexibility around every schedule. Nothing is ever too much, even if you do get confused and turn up a week early, Laura still manages to find time!! Amazing!

Had my first Microdermabrasion with Megan and she was amazing - she made me feel really relaxed and looked after. My skin feels really great and the massage was an added bonus, had to stop myself falling asleep! Thank you! 😄

Staff are welcoming. Had a neck, back and shoulder massage and was nervous but the day that did my massage made me feel extremely relaxed and feel so relaxed after the massage.

Had gel nails done by Megan today and can highly recommend. Megan is meticulous, taking time to make sure nails are well shaped and cuticles are tidy. Really happy with the manicure, Megan is friendly and professional, and the salon is clean and tidy.

I have been going to Sam for many years, I would not go to anyone else. My hair is very fine and Sam understands as a professional how to look after my hair whilst adding extensions that are not going to damage my already preciously fine hair . She always takes the time to understand what i want and always works with me if I want to change up my style or colour. I would not hesitate in recommending Sam. :-)

Hi I needed to share my hair experiences with you all, one word INCREDIBLE❤️ the hair system has changed my life, it has given me so much confidence I feel like a new woman. Samantha is kind professional makes you feel at ease and explains the processes involved. I would absolutely recommend Samantha if you are looking for a meshless hair system, you will not regret it. I would say follow her instructions and look after your hair buy the products she recommends to wash and buy a silk hair protector to sleep in at night. I’m honestly so very very happy 😘 Xx

I’ve been visiting Sam for the last 12mths and I can honestly say I’ve been absolutely blown away by how beautiful my hair looks. I had 80 nano rings fitted to my thinning hair I’m 48. You just can’t tell at all, she highlights my own hair to match perfectly with the extensions ( I choose the colours with her support). I visit every 8wks to have them removed, my roots done, and extensions refitted. She is incredibly knowledgeable,, and so gentle with fitting them. I’ll never go anywhere else. 5 star service !! Clare is a great hairdresser. Great at colouring hair as well as cutting. She takes her time and really cares. Myself and my mother have a joint appointment so we have the place to ourselves. It's a nice, calming salon, not crazy noisy like other hairdressers. We also have our eyebrows waxed and tinted at the same time. I can't recommend this salon enough.

This is the only place I go to for my all spa treatments! Just had a Japanese head spa and I honestly forgot where I was! From the minute I go into the heated bed until the end, every second was a bliss! The prices aren't extortionate compared to other spas! My hair feels and smells amazing! Will definitely be back soon 💆‍♀️

I had my wedding nails done a week ago and they're still as good! The lady doing my nails was very gentle. I'd had a bad experience with another technician and she showed me how much better she was. We couldn't do my first plan as she lost the powder on the morning but she did her best to come up with something very similar. In the end, we came up with something different and I fell in love with them. I've had lots of compliments from everyone I've seen. It was a very pleasant experience and she opened the shop on a Monday when they're normally closed so I could get my nails done before my wedding. Another point I want to make about this shop, they were very accommodating of my disability. I use crutches and a wheelchair to get around due to chronic pain and I haven't found any accessible places. With this store, there was only 1 step to get into the building, and while arranging my appointment, this was the only place who were willing to try anything to help me get inside. Other shops would just say they had steps, and end the conversation. The woman I spoke to said they would do anything to help. At one point I was told they were trying to find a way to get a ramp at the front in case I was in the wheelchair. Thus is why I chose to go there. This world is hard to get through as a disabled person and its not often you get treated with actual decency and compassion. Due to the kindness and compassion I received from this store, I will return regularly. If the owner and woman sees this review before I see you again, just know i am very grateful and thankful for your professionalism for your behaviour and your skills. Thank you

I booked in for a restyle and blow dry, it's been 4 years since my hair has been touched and I was really anxious about walking into the salon but Becky put me at ease straight away. My hair looks amazing now and in so much better condition. Becky did such an amazing job, I love my hair now and I'll be using this salon in the future. I had a great experience. Sally cut my hair very well and made me feel comfortable throughout as I was getting a really short haircut and parting with a lot of hair. She is very lovely and friendly and makes you feel at ease.

The staff was great from the second I walked in, chatty, funny and listened. The prices are great and results even better, I'm so happy with my beautiful new hair its made me a lot more confident!
