My daughter hasn't had her hair cut for over 2 years. She made the decision to donate 15 inches of her hair to little princess trust. Kelly made her feel so special from start to finish and even donated the cost of her hair cut to the trust. My daughter absolutely loves her new hair style. I have been going to Joy Hair & Co for just over a year now and it’s just the loveliest experience every time I go. I see Amanda, she’s truly wonderful and I wouldn’t have had faith in anyone else to give me my first hair cut! Love my hair colour, my cut and of course the chats! I've been seeing Kelly here for a while now. Very friendly and personable hairdresser who listens to the customer but who also gives great advice on cut and styling. She never cuts off more than I ask for either, which is something that's bothered me with other hair salons I've been to. I've just gone from long hair to a long bob and honestly it was worth every penny (very reasonable prices too) 😁 happy customer here.

Had a couple of visits to joy hair & co over the last couple of months and walked out feeling amazing every time . Kelly did a brilliant job of the cut & colour, making sure the colour was exactly what I had asked for. The customer service is excellent and everybody in the salon is welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking in with Kelly again soon :)

Think this is new owners and I will definitely be coming back to them! Gave me a bottle of ice water on walk in, did my design without even double looking at the pattern. She did them exactly how i wanted them and made sure to ask me if it was fine throughout the process. Then to finish off, she even cleaned and warmed my hand with a hot towel. I really felt like I’d been to a lovely top end salon! Good price, great experience!

Natalie got me ready for my holidays with gel nails,brow wax and tint, lash lift and leg/bikini wax. All done in less than 2.5 hours, but time passed so fast in Natalie's company. Thrilled with my eye brows and lashes as makes my eyes really stand out and gives me the confidence to go make up free. Can't recommend Natalie highly enough

Lovely salon. Has a clean & pleasant feel to it. Had a fabulous massage with Sammy. I asked for pressure & she diverted my back feels a lot less knotted.

Sammy was very welcoming and polite and understanding to my physical mobility needs. A very empathetic young lady who has a kind and considerate heart which really made all the difference to my visit. She is a great asset to the salon and with a high professional standard in all the treatments she did for me. I was very happy with my treatment and the end product. I will definitely be returning and will recommend the salon to my friends and family.

Everyone at the salon is always so friendly and professional. Natalie always spends time making sure I get the exact colour I’m looking for whilst giving me hair care advice to keep my hair healthy. She’s a perfectionist and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone leaves loving their new hair. Going to Lemon is always a lovely experience and their coffee is delicious too! I highly recommend them.

Really enjoyed my session with Natalie today at Lemon. Had my colours refreshed and a tidy up cut. As all previous times it was a really enjoyable and relaxing experience. Lilly who did my hair knew how to style it as it is thick and curly and like to do it’s own thing. I was so happy with the blow dry. Lilly is also very friendly and does a lovely head massage while the conditioner works it magic.

Wasn’t satisfied with the way my hair turned out first time, so I called in and got booked for a colour correction. Abigail is a pleasure to be around, loved the way she styled my hair the first time. Sam literally transformed my hair, looks exactly like my inspo pic. He’s extremely professional, and have nothing negative to say about him and his service! Will definitely be booking with him again🥰
