Had a couple of visits to joy hair & co over the last couple of months and walked out feeling amazing every time . Kelly did a brilliant job of the cut & colour, making sure the colour was exactly what I had asked for. The customer service is excellent and everybody in the salon is welcoming and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking in with Kelly again soon :)

My daughter hasn't had her hair cut for over 2 years. She made the decision to donate 15 inches of her hair to little princess trust. Kelly made her feel so special from start to finish and even donated the cost of her hair cut to the trust. My daughter absolutely loves her new hair style. We hold the same surname, yet which I wish we held the same values , Paul's passion is the personality of the hair he is cutting . I haven't had my hair cut at a salon in well over a decade- I've done the odd trim at home but in truth my hair needed bringing back to life, and the young lady who cut my hair, Lily I believe her name was, did a fantastic job. She was very friendly and put me at ease. My hair has gone from being "long" but straggly, dull and so many dead ends to long, shiny and healthy. I can imagine her having a successful career in the hair industry

Wasn’t satisfied with the way my hair turned out first time, so I called in and got booked for a colour correction. Abigail is a pleasure to be around, loved the way she styled my hair the first time. Sam literally transformed my hair, looks exactly like my inspo pic.
