Jess and her team were amazing, they were friendly and so, so organised. Jess helped make the lead-up to our wedding run seamlessly, which meant we didn’t have all the stress of sorting everything out. As she is a wedding expert, she gave us great tips and advice about how best to set out our day, we wouldn’t have had a clue otherwise! On the day of our wedding, everything ran to time and went perfectly and she was a very calming presence for my husband when he was getting a bit stressed out. It was like a professional production and we could just relax and enjoy ourselves - we even forgot they were there sometimes! We would highly recommended hiring Jess to coordinate your wedding, it’s a no brainer really, you can have an amazing well-put together wedding and no stress!

Our daughter got married in June 2024 and we were very fortunate to have been recommended Jess by Kate from our marquee company (Special Event Tipis and Marquees). We had got quite far along the DIY planning route when I realised as MOB that I wanted to be able to enjoy the wedding day and the build up to it without being overwhelmed with everything. My husband was quite sceptical at first about why we needed a coordinator as we had everything booked. This was mainly because he hadn't quite grasped what was involved, but after meeting Jess he was onboard 110% and he, like the rest of us, thinks she is fantastic and money well spent. We engaged Jess for her 'on the day management' but this is truly much, much more than just 'on the day' management and is an absolute MUST if you are having a marquee wedding. She is an experienced professional who has a very calm approach to everything. She stepped in 6 weeks before the wedding and from then on we knew we were in safe hands. She gave us much needed advice on a whole host of things and made everything run smoothly. She expertly coordinated with all our suppliers - of which there were many and all of whom were brilliant! She and her team (hello & thank you to the other Jesses) came the day before the wedding and set up the marquee. We went along to give a hand, but she had everything covered. She even had a kettle & made us all a cuppa! They came to the church rehearsal and then went back to the marquee to continue with the set up which enabled me able to spend time with my daughter and our family and friends, stress free, the night before the wedding, which is something which I would not have been able to do without her being onboard. Unfortunately, the weather on the day wasn't great . After glorious sunshine the day before, in true Lake District style, it rained on the day. We were so confident and comfortable with Jess's advice that we trusted her to her to make the last minute decision if the drinks reception would be inside or outside. She, together with Fran from Holker Hall, managed this beautifully and our guests have said that they were quite pleased it rained as it enabled them to have a look around the beautiful Holker Hall. Jess and her team were very professional and at the same time warm and friendly and it genuinely comes across how much they love their work. We had the most fantastic & fun wedding party and all our guests have said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. I do believe we had the dream team of suppliers. Thank you so much Jess, it wouldn't have happened without you.

My husband and I got married in July 2024, and utilised Jess’ on the day wedding coordination package - but what her and her team give you is so so much more than that! We booked a venue which required lots of different suppliers (separate caterer, bar company, linen hire, port-a-loos etc….) and in the run up to it I said to my husband that I really wanted someone I could hand everything over to in advance so I could enjoy the run up and not be worrying about coordinating everything! Luckily, I’d met Jess at an event before we were even engaged and so she was the first person I went to for this help. And I am SO glad we did! She goes above and beyond for you to make sure your day is special and runs smoothly. I’ll never forget that I’d planned to tie the tags onto our favours the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids, only to turn up and for them to have already been done by Jess and her team without even needing to have asked. We had drinks “tokens” to hand out to our evening guests and I went to ask Jess for these in the evening to hand them out, again to find that they’d taken care of it already. They were one step ahead always on the little details, and knowing there was someone we could go to on the day if needed (rather than people coming to me or the wedding party) was truly invaluable. After our wedding I asked my partner what’s the one “non negotiable” you’d recommend to other couples planning a wedding like ours and we both agreed that it would be Jess and her team. I know my sister is also recommending her to friends who are getting married soon too as she was equally impressed by her! As a very indecisive and unorganised couple, we needed help so put our trust in Jess. Choosing Jess as our wedding planner was the best decision we ever made and enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams! Jess is so professional, organised and knowledgeable in every single department and we are so glad we hired Jess so early on in the planning. Jess has a wealth of amazing contacts and was always available to support us through the process. She is extremely hands on and provided a service that was worth every penny. We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! Very efficient service and Jessica was so friendly, would highly recommend using Create a Look!

The ‘Create A Look’ decor complimented our venue beautifully and the blossom trees provided a perfect canopy for the wedding vows and group photographs. Jess managed to get the green trees for the wedding breakfast just in time and these looked perfect next to the grand wooden fireplace at The Majestic Hotel. Along with the Chiavari chairs and carpet runner for the ceremony and the chair covers and sashes for the wedding breakfast we had the perfect look for our wedding that we had envisaged. Would definitely recommend!

We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. We couldn't recommend Jess enough and will certainly be using Create a Look again in the future.

Jessica and create a look were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Suzy was our day-of-coordinator and was absolutely amazing. Can't state enough the amount of value she delivered to our wedding, we were so so glad we booked her! All our guests and other suppliers agreed she was brilliant too. We had a DIY marquee wedding that required lots of parts coming together, and some last minute changes due to weather. Not only did Suzy manage things running smoothly on the day, but our calls in the run up to ensure everything had been planned out were really useful, as well as communication with suppliers the week before. As a bride I was able to 100% relax on my wedding morning knowing that no matter what came up, Suzy would have it sorted. The way this made me feel my wedding morning, wedding day and in the week running up, is something that I didn't know money could buy and I am so grateful! Simply I can't recommend Suzy enough, I think it's essential to have a coordinator for this type of wedding, and Suzy delivers the absolute top standard of this, plus you know she's looking at it with a stylist's eye! 100% recommend!!! We used Suzy @ Mave for both event styling and on-the-day coordination. Having a marquee wedding at home, I knew I would need lots of props to bring my vision together. Suzy was great at listening to my "vibe" and creating the wedding of dreams. I would not have changed a thing!! Organising the wedding myself, I knew I would struggle to trust anyone else to take over on the day itself without a stress, so the on-the-day coordination service was the best solution and totally worth every penny! We booked Suzy as our venue stylist and we are so glad we did! Suzy is amazingly talented at what she does and managed to transform our somewhat vague ideas into a cohesive and beautiful vision for our venue. Suzy’s passion for her craft is plentiful and I came off every call with her feeling confident and excited for what she was going to create. I was able to completely relax on my wedding morning knowing the venue would look beautiful on my arrival. This in itself was priceless, but on the more practical side of things it was also such a cost and time effective decision as there was no need to source and purchase all our own props for our wedding day. It was also a far more sustainable way to style our wedding as we weren't left with boxes and boxes of wasted items at the end. Booking Suzy was a total no brainer for us and we would 100% recommend her to anyone currently planning a wedding xxx

Where do I even begin? I’d been to a number of weddings where the couple had to set up in the lead up and take it all back down again once the day was done. We just knew that isn’t what I wanted to be doing. We needed calm, no stress and worrying about storage and not to mention the crackers prices for individual purchases of items, storing before the day and where the heck do we put it once the day is over? I saw Suzy’s work on Instagram and immediately knew we would hit it off and quite honestly you were our saving grace in the lead up and the day. It was so bloomin’ lovely to have the decor a secret and to hand over the reigns to someone who knows what they’re doing. We got to see the final product when celebrating and so we’re as awe struck as our guests. We hadn’t a clue how much work goes into planning a wedding and we didn’t even need to make it look nice. Nice doesn’t even cut how beautiful Suzy made our venue; every single person told us how gorgeous it was and were all relieved the next morning when Suzy turned up to take it all down. I emailed numerous times for advice and booked our band as Suzy recommended them; they were amazing and once again you were bang on the money! Suzy; you are worth every penny and more because you were invaluable. Do yourselves a favour and book the stylist package at the very minimum because it makes your venue go from good to fantastic. Not only that but it takes some much needed pressure from your shoulders. We wanted to have everything look amazing but couldn’t quite be bothered to do DIY. Going to ikea the week of the wedding was my worst nightmare so do yourselves a solid and book Suzy!! Suzy, thank you again for everything. Not only is your work beautiful but so are you!

Cheryl was a breeze to deal with for our wedding venue styling and nothing was too much trouble. She has fabulous ideas and is willing to be flexible and accommodating to meet the needs of the couple. Cheryl was transparent and upfront at all times and made our already beautiful wedding venue, look breathtaking and spectacular! I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone.

We cannot recommend Pink Blossom Weddings enough!!! Cheryl has been amazing from the very start to the very end and was always there if we had any question! She stuck with us even having to change the date 4 times because of covid and never once did it ever seemed like an issue! This is very late but very well deserved. Cheryl was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My theme was all over the place from vibtage to design to modern colours and i genuinely couldnt make my mind up. If im honest I didn't know what to expect, but let me tell you, out of this world. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how how fabulous our venue looked. Nothing was too big or too small for her. We unfortunately lost our son before our wedding and she did a beautiful table for him for us, he was still best man, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Rosie is not only an incredibly organised, knowledgeable and professional planner but she’s also an absolute babe. She’s like having a best friend by your side every step of the way who knows all the good tips and tricks. She listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us create the most magical day. She was invaluable in the run up and even more so on the day. It was such a joy to have her as it meant we could just enjoy the day and not have to worry about anything. We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We could never have pulled of the wedding without Rosie and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it without her either. She’s worth her weight in gold and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

My experience here with Carmel (and with Cath who expertly altered my dress) was fantastic and I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dress for their big day. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, and there were a range of sizes to fit any bride. I felt amazing on my big day and I could not be happier!

After having a very disappointing appointment elsewhere, finding Carmel and going with my friend to try dresses here I can only say the experience was everything we could have wished for her. Not only did she find her dress with no pushy sales tactics in a dress that fit and no ‘imagine if’s’, the dresses and accessories were beautiful, the customer service was impeccable, Carmel not only made the bride feel comfortable she’s made everyone feel involved and so at ease. It was such a lovely afternoon, and the brews are cracking!

I had the most fantastic experience with Carmel. Being a bigger bride there is always the worry that you won't find "the" dress. Shouldn't have even given that a second thought while visiting the Bridal Gallery. I love my dress and had so many lovely compliments. I had the most amazing experience with carmel, I have been to a couple of bridal shops that promised curvy collection and been squeezed in to a 16/18 and told they could order my size. But when your buying that special dress you need feel amazing and fall in love! And I absolutely had that with carmel and her fabulous collection. We hired Sian as our day-of co-ordinator for our wedding, and I am so so glad we did. She was really helpful in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, helping tie all the details together and acting as a liaison for our other vendors which was really useful. Where Sian really shone was on the day of the wedding - we did a lot of DIY elements (bringing in a lot of our own food, drinks, and decorations) and hired in multiple independent vendors, and so there were a lot of moving parts, things that needed co-ordinating and delegating, and things that needed to happen at specific times and in specific areas. And thanks to Sian, it all went perfectly - every single thing we requested or put on the to do list got done (even last minute additions) and the day just flowed so seamlessly due to all her hard work behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Sian highly enough, she was so friendly and accommodating and we had such a fun and stress-free day all because of her work. Thank you!

We hired Sian as our wedding coordinator for the 6wk lead up to the wedding and on the day itself. Her organisation with the suppliers before the wedding was incredible and by making a schedule that we also had access to it made everything much less stressful and smoother. Sian was so approachable and attentive both on the lead up to and on the day and she was also very personable. You could tell that she cared deeply about how our day went and put all effort into ensuring our day was stress-free. She put in so much work, everything on the day ran without a hiccup and we weren't worried for a minute which meant we could just enjoy our day! I would highly recommend Sian as not only can she take the stress off those final weeks when things can get very overwhelming but she also assisted us with ideas on how things could work on the day and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns that we had. When we first met Sian we knew she would be perfect as our wedding coordinator. She was so friendly and reassuring and we instantly knew we were in good hands. We can’t recommend Sian enough! Being able to hand everything over to her 6 weeks before the wedding was such a weight off our shoulders, and really lifted that worry of ‘oh gosh what if we forget something’! Having Sian taking care of everything also completely transformed our experience on the day - rather than having to worry about the florist coming to set up and the bar and all the other suppliers arriving, we could just get ourselves ready and enjoy the excitement with our friends and family. Rather than having to ‘host’, we got to fully enjoy our day. She is also just so lovely and kind, a wonderful person to have around on the big day!

RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. She really ‘got’ my brief and brought it to life in spectacular fashion. Sarah’s attention to detail is spot on and her ideas and suggestions made throughout the planning process made our event so special. On the day of the event, Sarah was at our venue from very early morning ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. Sarah remained at the venue for the whole event, making sure it all ran according to plan. We literally didn’t have to think of anything other than enjoying ourselves. We had so many comments from our guests about how wonderful the event was. The day after the event, RSVP collected all of our things from the venue and brought them back to our house. On behalf of my husband and myself, we just want to say the biggest thank you to Ros and her team for styling our wedding. It looked truly stunning, and we had so many compliments on day. When we first met with Ros around 2 years before our wedding, I had ideas in my head of what I wanted, but I could not picture it. Ros, being the creative person that she is, took my ideas and set up a table to show me what it would like. From then on, the vision came to life. On the day of the wedding when we had our first look of the room all set up for the wedding breakfast, I could have cried at how beautiful it looked. We had created our own centrepieces for the tables and wanted these to be highlighted by the styling, and I was honestly blown away when I saw them! Every bit of the styling looked amazing and looked like it had been done with effort and care. Throughout the entire lead up to the day communication was spot on. Every detail was checked and double checked and nothing was to much for anyone that I spoke too. Even when I was being super picky about fonts and wording it was never too much to ask. Ros and her team are all highly professional and lovely people. Everyone that I spoke too was approachable and knowledgeable about what I was asking, and for someone with OCD, this was a massive reassurance! We would both recommend ATD to anyone wanting amazing styling done for their wedding by a wonderful, friendly team. Also want to thank Hannah at Inspirations Floral who works along ATD. Ross and her team did an amazing job for my surprise 60th birthday celebration meal at The Loft at The Moorlands, Halifax. My daughter, who lives in Edinburgh, liaised with Attention to Detail to organise the event explaining what she wanted for the venue. This took the stress out of organising everything for my daughter. When I walked into the venue I was taken aback with how gorgeous it looked! The flowers, the place settings, balloons, photo display plus more. Absolutely beautiful 😍 I would definitely recommend Ross and her team to others. 5 stars!!

Ros at Attention To Detail goes out of her way to make any event one that will never be forgotten. Nothing is too much, her ideas are always new and exciting, and any dream can be achieved. I have worked alongside Ros for a number of years providing her with flowers for events, and in turn she helps to provide brides and grooms with a venue that will have people in ore. The customer service of Ros and her team is second to none, and with her passion and drive you are happy to leave any event in her hands.

Can I just say how fantastic you was in sorting out our special day! The service was second to non from start to finish! Due to Covid we had to make a lot of changes and alterations, and Ros & Amber was amazing and always checking in after each announcement. I even added some bits my self and they set it all up for me, nothing was too much trouble even my late night emails!! The wedding room looked outstanding and everyone commented on how amazing it was and what a create Job you guys had done!
