I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Not sure where to begin, we are over the moon with Bar Events. From the very start Laura has been the most helpful supplier in the world. You don't just get a teepee service, you get the full package. Laura pretty much acted as a wedding planner for us too. Laura and the team were the absolute best!! We had already booked our yurts for our wedding, but were on the lookout for a team that could run the bar for us. We were recommended Bar Events and I'm so glad we used them. Laura was so helpful with prompt responses to our emails and really helpful meetings too. She helped us work out what we'd need (we had no idea what a fridge trailor was or an ice igloo and why they'd be important haha), as well as planning out how the day would run. Where do we even start!! BAR Events absolutely made our wedding day the best day of our lives. I can honestly say we didn't have to stress about anything, Laura was always on hand to help with any queries and liaised with our other suppliers to make sure we had everything we needed on the day. The guys setting up and taking down the teepee were brilliant, and the bar staff on the day were just amazing. Honestly couldn't find a nicer bunch of people and they are just a credit to BAR Events. Nothing was ever too much, always smiling and just made the whole weekend run completely smoothly. Not only was the teepee and staff fantastic but the bar was spot on! They catered for exactly what we wanted and more! Prices were so reasonable and our guests were so impressed with it all. We used Create a Look for our wedding in May - Really friendly service, Jessica was really helpful when we were choosing decorations/colours etc., and everything was set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to worry about it! Very efficient service and Jessica was so friendly, would highly recommend using Create a Look!

We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. The best purchase of our wedding was hiring Sarah to help plan and organise everything the attention to detail was out of this world she thought of stuff I would never think of and helped me with my mental breakdowns before the big day honestly couldn’t have done this without her 100% reccomend for anyone planning a big event, thank you again to Sarah x

RSVP Weddings and Events arranged our 20 year anniversary vow renewal recently and it was first class. From the first meeting, Sarah from RSVP was attentive, creative, enthusiastic and friendly. Rosie thought of things we'd never even considered, and all the little touches that made such a huge difference.
