We recently used BAR Events UK for our wedding reception, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very first inquiry to the last dance at our reception, their team was absolutely incredible. Every detail was handled with care, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were there to assist with everything from the initial booking process to providing fantastic bar staff on the day of the event. The teepee itself was simply stunning, creating the perfect backdrop for our celebration. It truly made our reception feel magical and intimate, exactly what we had envisioned. The team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was set up flawlessly and ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day, knowing that we were in such capable hands. Where do we even start!! BAR Events absolutely made our wedding day the best day of our lives. I can honestly say we didn't have to stress about anything, Laura was always on hand to help with any queries and liaised with our other suppliers to make sure we had everything we needed on the day. The guys setting up and taking down the teepee were brilliant, and the bar staff on the day were just amazing. Honestly couldn't find a nicer bunch of people and they are just a credit to BAR Events. Nothing was ever too much, always smiling and just made the whole weekend run completely smoothly. Not only was the teepee and staff fantastic but the bar was spot on! They catered for exactly what we wanted and more! Prices were so reasonable and our guests were so impressed with it all. We used BAR Events for our wedding at Almscliffe Valley in Harrogate and could not have been happier with their service. Laura was so organised and friendly throughout the whole process, very responsive to emails and really helped us in our planning of the wedding. They were so accommodating throughout - we had to postpone our wedding due to covid but there was no stress in rearranging. Laura also helped us customise our drinks package and specifically ordered our toast drink and choice of cocktails for the bar. The set up was very smooth and the tepee's looked amazing, the bar staff were so friendly and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. The open days are a great way of seeing the tepee's, so we would definitely recommend attending one if you can. Could not recommend BAR Events more highly - thank you again for everything!

You don't just get a teepee service, you get the full package. Laura pretty much acted as a wedding planner for us too. I recently collaborated with Vickie on a wedding styled shoot and her styling knowledge and expertise were second to none! We met for a coffee and discussed my vision for the shoot and then Vickie ran with the idea and pulled out all the stops to create a gorgeous table scape and cake table. It was essential that we used repurposed and ethically sourced décor and Vickie didn't disappoint - she brought along homemade beeswax candles, charity shop finds and some gorgeous linen napkins. Her vision for bringing together the whole style of the shoot was amazing! Can't wait for our next collaboration!

Wow! What more can I say? Vickie was so helpful from start to finish and her work is amazing. The venue was decorated so beautifully for my 40th party. From the seat covers and sashes, to the pretty centrepieces, to the balloons, to the twinkly lights on the stage. Everyone commented on how beautiful the room looked. We asked Jess to provide table centrepieces for our Emerald Ball in November. She provided a fantastic service, replied swiftly to any questions and had some great suggestions. The final look on the night and service on the day of set up was amazing. The centrepieces pulled the venue together, perfectly matching the theme. Jessica was absolutely wonderful! We met Jessica and her mum at a wedding fayre at our venue where there were many other venue stylists too. It was their personalities and honesty which drew us to them and of course their beautiful decor. They were very attentive and recognised us when we saw them again at another wedding fayre which made it feel really personal. Communication in the lead up was timely which put us totally at ease. We met Rosie through family friends who highly recommended her services. After getting engaged in December 2020, mid pandemic, we felt we needed an expert on board to guide us and hold our hand through the wedding planning process. Rosie provided exactly that and more. She took the time to understand our vision, kept a close eye on the budget whilst being personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Rosie has been completely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and beyond. She planned our wedding at Elmore Court in December 2020 and guided us through not only the process itself but also the fact we had to adapt from a 160 person wedding to a micro wedding with 16 people. We used Black Cherry Events for our wedding in July this year. With living in Australia i was a bit nervous planing a wedding from the other side of the world. The help and advice they gave us was great. The venue we picked recommended Black Cherry Events in their short list of Marquee hire, in fact 90% of venues we looked at had these guys down as recommendations. Thanks for everything you did to make our day PERFECT.

I used Black Cherry Events for a large marquee in my garden for my wedding pre events and I would 100% recommend!! The marquee itself was absolutely beautiful from the structure itself to the interior (carpets, sofas, chairs, lighting, speakers). Everything was literally perfect. Claire designed my layout and came out to do the site visit and she was an absolute dream. She answered my every query and put in a lot of time/effort to ensure I got the layout/design of my dreams. We had a lot of emails back and forth and she never failed to reply promptly! The men setting up the marquee on the day were calm, professional and polite. Everyone commented on how beautiful our marquee was and I will definitely use Black Cherry Events again for future events - thank you! 🤍

Claire and her team were our chosen marquee provider for our wedding on the Easter weekend on 31 March 2018. We spoke to a number of companies who quoted and we felt Claire understood what we were seeking to achieve and we believed her and the team could deliver. Claire made the time for several site visits and the team were a good friendly tea-supping bunch. We had a few niggles with water coming in around the heaters given heavy downpours which were unavoidable but Claire came down and sorted it on the eve of the wedding to allay our fears / stress. Would highly recommend using Black Cherry Events. Marquee of great quality, functional reveal curtain, quality drapes and dance area with star cloth and wooden bar worked really well

I run a Wedding floristry business and have recently relocated up to North Yorkshire (from South Yorkshire) as a result of this I have enquired with The UK Wedding Event about attending their Wedding Fairs to reach new clients. I attended my first one yesterday (26/3/24) and had a really positive experience. On booking I was kept up to speed with the details of the day, my emails were promptly replied to and I received a call to discuss the details of the day and my requirements. I was already impressed. Then on the day it was superbly organised and both Rob and Emma were so welcoming. Emma was extremely kind and helped me unload all of my flowers which I was so thankful for.
