I needed a last-minute move-out cleaning for my flat, and Dan was quick to help me schedule it. My supervisor, Kamila, was much more thorough than I expected. She took her time to explain her process and how long it would likely take. Kamila ensured that all areas were addressed and was very professional throughout. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it; it did not disappoint.

She’s flexible & always happy to do different things when asked, which helps - we have a Labrador, who recently started wiping his muddy paws on the walls! Very happy with our end of tenancy cleaning from Poppies. The team were very responsive and helpful via email. The cleaners then did an incredible job leaving everything spotless, they were also very friendly which we really appreciated. It was not the cheapest quote we got but hopefully this is reflected in their staff pay.

Blimey you think your carpets aren't that bad but what I've been left with after cleaning was brilliant. I'm so impressed, Gav was so particular, didn't rush just made sure everything was clean. Michael came yesterday and provided a superb service to this pensioner - my flat needed the carpets cleaning and he did a wonderful job, was very kind and helpful and even told me how to remove some candle wax that I had not even noticed (old eyes!). The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend MS Cleaning Services and will definitely use them again.

When I first moved into my new home the first thing I wanted was to get a cleaner. Heidi was recommended. I'm so glad that I listened to the recommendation. After an initial chat with Heidi it was decided that I would get a deep clean first and then they would come every other week. The deep clean was fantastic. I now have two ladies that come fortnightly and my home is spotless and tidy when they leave. When I am present they are so polite and they always have time for a chat, whilst working. When I am out at work and come back it's so pleasing to see how clean my home is. This is a fantastic company and all of the ladies that come are professional and hardworking. This lovely cleaning company have been cleaning for my elderly mother in law for a good few years now. They go over and above in everything they do. Nothing is too much trouble. I have 2 regular cleaners who call once every two weeks on a set day and time. Excellent service, the ladies are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Extremely trustworthy and have good attention to detail. I cannot fault Beck & Call's service, they have been excellent and would highly recommend.

We're a family of 4 with two young children, living in Baildon with both parents working. One parent working two jobs and studying. We've been time poor and cleaning has suffered. We recently hired Beck and Call for a full deep clean of house. Two of the girls came around and got to work straight away. They were professional, worked hard and were thorough. They went the extra mile to tidy places we had been unable to prepare beforehand, cleaning some very dirty and neglected corners of the house and put furniture back in place afterwards. They cleaned to a high standard and with care and my wife and I feel the house has been transformed somewhat. 100% worth it. Would recommend.

Great place, great staff however they need to do something about people using 2 and 3 dryers at one time whilst the place is unmanned. It's ridiculous especially on a Sunday you go down and have to wait for a good half hour for a dryer because people are greedy. Don't get it because the dryers are big enough to fit at least 3 wash loads in

Cannot recommend more!! We’ve gone through several cleaners and they were all unreliable but Colette is so professional and goes above & beyond. The whole team are all friendly, super quick as well leaving the house absolutely spotless. We also get our clothes washed and ironed by Colette which was a god send leaving us with more downtime with the kids.

Colette cleans one of our rental properties and has done for awhile now, she always does a High quality job. I recently asked her to clean all the rugs and carpets throughout the property as the landlord wanted to recarpet due to the condition of them. We could not believe how well they came up once cleaned. Carpets and rugs looked good as new. I would highly recommend Colettes services.
