We've been using Eve for a few months now for a weekly clean. We live in a fairly large house with a dog and a toddler, and on her initial visit Eve quickly identified the areas she would concentrate on and was realistic about how much she could achieve in her two hour slot. Since then I have never been disappointed with her level of cleaning, she has an eye for detail it's great arriving home to a clean house for the weekend! She is friendly, responds quickly and is always punctual. I highly recommend Eve and her services!

A very professional service, which gives peace of mind at a difficult time. I used T & M to clear my late dad’s house, which was a significant job in a 4-bedroom property full to the rafters. They did an amazing job, including the sheds and even the loft. I was far away at the time, but they kept me informed on their progress and sent photos. I always felt informed and reassured, very important when there’s so much going on following a death. A real weight off my mind!

We were very pleased to find this company and they certainly lived up to all previous reviews. They actually do what they say they will do. We very much appreciated their efficient and respectful service at such a sensitive time for our family. They even made it easy for us at the end of the day by dropping off the key to the empty property back through our letter box when they had finished. We had complete trust in them and they didn’t let us down. It was easy and comfortable when making the arrangements with them so that they knew what to do and we knew what to expect. We are hoping, in the nicest possible way, that we won’t need their services in the future; but we would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others with a similar need. I have been using preen and clean for over 6 years, in all that time i have never had any issues or complaints, the email that is sent the day before they are due to clean is a big help, and ensures they have access to the rear of the house, the windows are always perfectly clean. I have used their gutter clean service too which was excellent value for money. Their payment system is easy to use too they are Very polite and nice guys if ever we get a chance to talk, i would highly recommend this company.

When our previous excellent window cleaner sold his business the new guys stopped cleaning our window frames. There are plenty of window cleaning companies that work on our street so I watched a few of them do cleans and saw they were all pretty thorough. It was the Preen & Clean hot water system that stood out for me and a year in our windows, frames and doors are consistently clean. Communication is excellent with an email and/or text the day before and a message straight after the clean . If they can't make the date we get an apology and usually a message the next working day with a new date. Great all-round service I happily recommend if asked.

We have used Preen and Clean multiple times and always have a great service. The only issue we had was a new member of staff accident cleaned our neighbours windows and not hours. I was able to call and this was rectified the same day without any issue. All the staff we have come in to contact with are exceptionally polite. They reliably do a great job and we will continue to use them in the future.

We moved to Preen and Clean after we were let down by our precocious window cleaner. They were recommended to us by our neighbours. We have been pleased with the service, including them returning after our initial clean due to the streaks that were left (hadn’t been cleaned in a while). They always get int ouch to let you know that they are due to come and also message if they are unable to come, and then give you an alternative date when possible. Quick and easy payment system, so can do it online and reasonable prices.

I contacted reach to clean window cleaning and their turn around time was great, they came back with clear outlined steps of their service and we had our first clean yesterday. A fantastic result on stained and treacherously slippy decking that now looks bright and clean and is safe to walk on. Block paving cleaned, weeded and re-sanded. Booked Jet clean Yorkshire to clean my roof as it was covered in moss & algae etc.& I'm-so glad I did as the discovered sone loose & broken tiles; they offered to replace them & also reset a coping stone… They cleaned the roof & were professional throughout including cleaning up …every bit of mess made from the roof I was tgat impressed I asked them to power wash the block paving & drains around the house….have had many comments about how great it looks… we’ll done lads…100% recommend cheers
