We received an excellent and professional service from B &S Locksmiths. I called them about my locking mechanism on my door not working properly. There was no answer but they rang me back straight away. They made an appointment to come and look at it and ordered a new part telling us when they would be able to fix it. The job they did was excellent and the lock has never worked so good. They charged a fair price and I would highly recommend them.

Lifesavers. Had a bit of a crisis with my elderly mum today which involved a stuck lock and a fall. Andrew pulled out the stops to get there while we were waiting for an ambulance and got us sorted out really quickly. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic service and price. I had a dodgy fob and was locked out of my van and my key was so worn it wouldn’t activate the locks (old van absolute nightmare). Michael drove the few miles to me and managed to gain entry without damage via the lock and then swapped the components from my old genuine Ford fob which was broken into an aftermarket fob I’d bought online then recoded it which worked perfect, the next day I called at his shop to collect a new key he’d cut for me and he fitted my old genuine Ford transponder into that key which works perfectly, saved my weekend as I needed the van for work and all for well below £100! It’s a month later now and I’m late leaving this feedback but everything is still working fine. Brilliant customer service and great job done quickly, needless to say I won’t be using anyone else for keys or locks in future.

Great company. They were with us within 1 hour of us calling regarding one of our locks breaking. The problem was quickly identified and a solution put in place. The door was fully repaired within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

I couldn't speak more highly of Jonny! He came out promptly after an emergency call at 11.30pm. He was incredible polite, friendly and has very competitive prices. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. After losing the keys to my BMW 3 Series, I contacted all the local auto locksmiths, including some recommended ones in Leeds. Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Mark is a top tradesman highly trusted and hired him a few times very quick to sort problems and his pricing is very reasonable with quality work.
