Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Called Friday, had a brand new key from scratch by dinner time Saturday at a competitive price. Would recommend to anyone. Top lad and top work

Quick friendly service

Stephen came to fix my lock on my door and window today. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues promptly. He even gave the windows a good clean down after which is one less job for me to do! I'll be using Stephen again in the future.

I would not hesitate in recommending Grahams services to anyone. I got in touch regards a very urgent job I needed sorting.He called down to look at what needed doing and gave me what I feel was a very reasonable quote! He then carried out the work for me the morning after (these were not broken locks but ones that needed upgrading). I couldn't speak more highly of Jonny! He came out promptly after an emergency call at 11.30pm. He was incredible polite, friendly and has very competitive prices. It was so easy to pay as he comes with a card machine. My door does not have a standard lock but Jonny was able to provide one that fitted perfectly at short notice and also included extra keys. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm.
