Just excellent all round. I contacted Craig initially as I was struggling to lock my front door - having to force the handle up to lock it. Craig came around initially to assess what needed doing and made a temporary fix. He came back at a future date after he had got the part. It involved a lot of drilling and adjusting of the new gear box and door to make it fit snuggly, Craig took time and patience doing this working well into the evening before he had finished. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

When I was refused a key for my 21 year old smart car from the dealers, I thought it was finished. These guys provided me with 2 new keys when many others including Mercedes could not. Great service, and truly knowledgeable.

I live in Essex but was in Leeds for business when my only car key decided to not start the car anymore. Google search brought me to this company and I am extremely grateful it did. Attended within an hour and made a promise to get me back on the road. It wasn't an easy job as the car is 25 years old, although it has a modern security system it thwarted any attempt to get the passwords from the ECU. In the end the memory chips from the old key were removed and soldered onto a new key. Car started first time and key has continued to work ever since. I've written to the owners club to recommend this company is put in the good garage guide. If you are stuck please call this company as they will do everything to get you going again.

I Highly recommend Anthony. Had another auto electrician come to cut and program a new key. He made a right mess of it and after 3 hours of him messing about, I ended up with 2 keys that wouldn't unlock or lock the doors. Anthony sorted the problem in no time for a very reasonable price. My front door lock lost it's will to live unexpectedly. It wasn't the first time my locks had proved temperamental. Carl was out to me within hours, gave me advice and clear pricing. Decided to have two locks and mechanisms replaced with more robust ones. Great guy, would definitely use him again when needed and recommend to friends.

Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Highly recommend went to ford(ford transit custom)for key replacement they quoted me over £600 and were unable to cut a key that worked. Called AG auto locks and they came to me at home within an hour charged me significantly less than ford thank you . Also worth mentioning the key replacement turned out to be quite difficult he stuck to what he quoted me absolute gentleman.
