Can speak highly enough of this place. Locked up our bikes outside the Hyde Park Cinema opposite only to find that we had left the key at home. Went across the road to New Pin, and they had it sorted out by the time the film finished. Great service and at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Had a key that another place in city center couldn't do. Here I was in and out in 15min and he only charged $15 despite me being told elsewhere it would be much more expensive. Delightful man, honestly wish I had more keys to copy so I could come back!

I rang this lad after dealing with a company who sent 2 locksmiths over who took an hour to come over and couldn’t open my boot. This guy came over in 20 minutes, opened my boot in about 2 minutes and I got my keys back. Very friendly and efficient, and offered me the cheapest quote out of everyone i spoke to. Gave him a well earned £10 tip as well. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

Was having a bad day that suddenly worsened when i realised I had lost my keys. Rang Samson locks, explained the situation he turned up super fast. Introduced himself (Sam), was concerned about me in the cold waiting. Drilled the lock and fitted a new one in no time at all. Very friendly and professional manner. Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Exceptional service at a fair price We found ourselves locked out on a Sunday afternoon following a dog walk. We contacted Easy Picking Locksmith and received a very professional response. They attended within 30 minutes and effected non-destructive entry. The price was very fair and in line with those detailed on the website. I would definitely use their services again.
