I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

Just excellent all round. I contacted Craig initially as I was struggling to lock my front door - having to force the handle up to lock it. Craig came around initially to assess what needed doing and made a temporary fix. He came back at a future date after he had got the part. It involved a lot of drilling and adjusting of the new gear box and door to make it fit snuggly, Craig took time and patience doing this working well into the evening before he had finished. I just wanted to say how brilliant Timpson Mobile Locksmiths are. Matt who came round was absolutely brilliant, friendly approachable, very patient and walked me through the issue I had with my front door as I left the house key in my house and ended up locking the door and not able to get back in. Matt managed to unlock my house door, I didn't have to wait long and only took about 20 minutes or less. He replaced the lock and even aligned my door hinges when he did not have to. My house door is as good as new and I am extremely pleased with Matt and that he went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors.
