I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

I just wanted to say how brilliant Timpson Mobile Locksmiths are. Matt who came round was absolutely brilliant, friendly approachable, very patient and walked me through the issue I had with my front door as I left the house key in my house and ended up locking the door and not able to get back in. Matt managed to unlock my house door, I didn't have to wait long and only took about 20 minutes or less. He replaced the lock and even aligned my door hinges when he did not have to. My house door is as good as new and I am extremely pleased with Matt and that he went out of his way to deliver excellent customer service. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had with this guy who worked at the auction. His information was obtained from the auction house when I won a car that was missing its keys. I called him promptly, he promised to be at the auction place early and get my keys done first and he arrived before my tow truck arrived, as promised. Despite the car's electrical problems, he was able to programme the key and get it running, so I was relieved to have the keys instead of worrying about how I would get them and how much they would cost everywhere. Really logical, competent, and true to what he said. Highly recommended

The locks on our composite and french doors were getting difficult to lock, so we called Neil in to take a look. The job was very fiddly and took some time but he managed to fix the locks by adjusting the mechanisms, saving us the cost of buying new doors. Exceptional service at a fair price We found ourselves locked out on a Sunday afternoon following a dog walk. We contacted Easy Picking Locksmith and received a very professional response. They attended within 30 minutes and effected non-destructive entry. The price was very fair and in line with those detailed on the website. I would definitely use their services again.
