Jake has been extremely helpful during the years that I have been studying gcses where near the start of year 10 I was struggling in both chemistry and physics but after learning from Jake and his extremely good teaching I was able to bounce back and will hopefully get a 9 in both subjects for gcse. I hope to be learning u der him for a levels next year.

Jake is a brilliant Maths tutor and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is thoughtful, friendly and analytical. He guided my son through all of the topics he was finding tricky until he was able to identify and work through them with ease. Jake gave our son confidence to raise his own expectations and go for the top grades. A communicative tutor, who let us know how our son was doing regularly and responsive to any questions we had. Fingers crossed for August, but whatever the outcome our son has benefitted from Jake's patience and support.

My son Lucas has been attending tutor sessions with Hilda since 2018 for help with his Maths and English. He is now in Year 6 and has improved considerably, thanks to the extra help he has received. Hildas lessons are professional and tailor planned to help develop areas that need extra attention. She has built a great relationship with Lucas and he always comes away from the sessions feeling really positive. Hilda finds reading material that Lucas would find interesting and she understands the requirements for SATs, which has given him a better grasp of tackling test questions. Recently due to the lockdown, lessons have been conducted online, which were again professional and adapted to Lucas' needs. Overall I would highly recommend HL Tutoring Services and would like to thank Hilda for all her hard work!

I signed my daughters up for extra tuition at Lextra a few months ago. Although I haven't seen great improvement in their academics yet, I deeply appreciate the engagement and support the staff have provided far. There's constant monitoring and genuine interest in students so I'm optimistic that the learning and progress will be reflected by the 6th month. I therefore recommend them to any parent or guardian seeking extra support for their children.

Amazing tutoring service! Unlike many I’ve tried before, their ethos and actions align. There’s always someone available to talk to and reply to you when you have any issues. Teachers are very knowledgeable in their subjects and have many years of experience, not only in their subjects but how GCSEs are marked and what’s needed for the child to understand the exams set up. My daughters have taken maths, science and English with Lextra, they are happy with how they are being taught. They have parent meetings and are involved throughout your journey with them, ultimately they care for your child education and well being. I tried several different tutors for my children before discovering Step2Success. They are by far the most friendly, professional, and intelligent tutors you could ask for. They go above and beyond to ensure that my children succeed and I cannot praise them highly enough. My children (ages range from 10 to 16) all look forward to going to their weekly lessons at Step2Success - far more than they look forward to going to school! The lessons are fantastic but what really sets S2S apart is the resources and feedback they provide outside the lessons. My children have access to video resources after each lesson to recap the material they have learnt, and I receive weekly feedback about how they are getting on, highlighting areas that need improvement as well as marks for their homework (which they receive every week). Step2Success is a thoroughly professional organisation and I could not be more satisfied with their service. If you need a tutor for Maths, English and Science, look no further. This tutoring company is amazing and wonderful. I am a GCSE student and their page on Instagram helped me a lot, they post questions in their stories related to the upcoming paper, they answer in private to all of your questions, no matter how many. They have many posts on their profile page related to subjects like science (mostly), maths, some for english as well. Best thing of all, they do a "night before" revision for the next day's exam covering all topics requested by students. The revisions are really helpful. They also have some videos on YouTube for free and for some others you have to pay to watch their course. But, it's worth it ! This page is a saviour for GCSE students.

We have been using Conexus Tuition for my son since the summer of 2023 and we honestly can nor recommend them highly enough. My son is in year 6 and we wanted support for SATS specifically but also overall help with English and maths. Jess works so well with our son, she understands his learning styles and takes the time to adapt tasks and explanations to bring out the best in him. Activities are varied and its lovely to hear him laughing and enjoying the interactive sessions. Our son genuinely looks forward to the sessions and has formed a wonderful bond with his tutor, his progress has grown alongside his confidence. A brilliant decision getting Conexus on board, as an ex teacher we really can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely amazing Setup. They helped my son to achieve A much higher grade in his GCSE's. We only found them in January and he went up between 1 and 2 grade increases in English Maths and Science. I'm sure if he had more time with them he would have got even higher. I can't recommend these highly enough. So friendly and will to take that's little extra time to get the right result. The class sizes are small as well so you get much more involvement and attention.

My son finds these tuition sessions really helpful. The small group study format works well for him, and the tutors are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. The follow up communications from Jess are particularly helpful as 15 yr old boys can sometimes be less than communicative with their parents about how things are going! My son already feels more confident with his revision lessons after only two sessions and is able to bring anything he is struggling with to the relevant tutor for guidance. I would certainly recommend.

My 11 year old really enjoyed the sessions. He did some last summer and one yesterday. I got lovely feedback about how he did and ways it will support him doing his SATs. Tutors are really friendly. Sarah is a wonderful tutor who is always approachable, kind and understanding. After the covid lockdowns my daughter really struggled with her confidence in maths, but over the last year we have seen a huge improvement. She got full marks in her multiplication tables test this year and is performing above average in her last tests. My daughter loves going on Friday afternoons and is so much more confident and happy. As a parent I cannot recommend Sarah enough.

I started going to Beyond Horizons Tuition in year 4 and now after receiving my GCSE results I am extremely impressed with the support i received throughout my time there. The small classroom size allowed for the teachers to individually support each student with their own needs therefore allowing me to achieve great results in my SATs and later down the line helping me achieve a 9 in maths and a 9-9 in science. Also, my English grade jumped from a 4 in November to a 7 thanks to their unique teaching method which allows the students to consistently improve. Overall I’m very happy with my time there as someone who was able to get into Leeds Maths School because of them.
