My son started First Learning when he started secondary school. His report on Maths from primary school showed many areas needed improvement. Lisa and her team at First Class are brilliant and assessed my son on entrance to identify his week areas. Now my son has achieved over 85 percentage on subjects assessed as 30 percentage previously. This makes his life easier at school and has boosted his confidence.

I would highly recommend first class learning. My son was in year 5 when i noticed he is struggling at school with maths he had no confidence. Since joining first class learning he has grown in confidence and he is retaining information alot better he feels happy going to his sessions. Lisa and her team are brilliant at providing support and encouragment and my son had progressed from 63% to 95% in the space of a few months!

Lisa is a very thoughtful tutor who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging her students to try. Well what do I say.... Lisa is an excellent tutor with a positive attitude and engaging style. She quickly identified areas that our children had to improve on and gave targeted practice and coaching. As a result, our children greatly improved in all aspects of school. Especially in maths. We had one to one tuition with Simon in maths for both my children prior to their GCSEs They both found him friendly and helpful and grew in confidence, knowledge and maths application. My daughter also attended the group classes at the centre for a period of time too, as drop in sessions were available for her. There was a weekly e- mail and Simon was happy to be contacted for any queries or tricky questions. Hildas lessons are professional and tailor planned to help develop areas that need extra attention. I have been doing extra tuition in maths with Tutor in Leeds for the last couple of months to prepare me for an exam I will be taking once I emigrate to Canada to study.
