Wonderful service provided. Door mechanism had failed. Advice provided and measurement taken for order. Kept updated throughout for the part which was ordered. When it arrived received a call and within 30 minutes the new mechanism was installed, checked over and over to ensure smooth running. The mechanism is better than the previous one that was installed. All materials and waste taken away. Defo will advise everyone to use 'Fifty shades of Green'. Professional and prompt. Could not ask for more. Will defo be using Colin again.

I had a problem with my main door which was very hard to lock and it was getting worse. After some research this company came up with the best reviews. I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price. Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

This is a local privately owned locksmith. They cut keys and sell a wide range of security devices for houses, garages, gates, doors and vehicles to mention just a few. If your not sure how to secure a property or an item of property it is well worth a visit. The proprietor is very knowledgeable and advices freely. The business is aimed mainly at the domestic rather than the commercial market so the products and services are priced towards the ordinary man. Parking is on the street and metered but is currently only £0.2/hr.

Just dropped in for two keys cutting. As ever, a friendly and quick service and both keys worked perfectly.

Cannot recommend more! Took our young child & dog out to play in the snow and lost our keys. On a day where the town was staying at home due to heavy snow, two members of the team came out in the snow to ensure we could get into our house. They were fast, skilled and got us back into our home as quickly as they could. The men were friendly and determined to get us into our house and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were, especially on a Sunday and when travelling in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend or thank them enough!

Stephen came to fix my lock on my door and window today. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues promptly. He even gave the windows a good clean down after which is one less job for me to do! I'll be using Stephen again in the future.
