I had a problem with my boiler [ heating ok but no hot water ]. Within about 1 and a half hours of phoning Haigh and son, the engineer came and fixed the problem.May I also say that the lady who answers the phone has a terrific manner and is extremely helpful.

The service visit was carried out within a few days with a further visit to renew a component , the engineer was friendly , efficient and helpful . The follow up invoice was detailed and professional . A good experience .

Excellent service, came out next day to replace my worn out flexi pipes and brought the new ones with him including new stop valve. He kept everything nice and clean had is own cloths with him so no water or mess was left behind and to top it, his price was very reasonable to come out on Saturday morning. Thank you again for quick and efficient service.

Brilliant service.... Hasan was recommended to me by a friend and i needed a new full sink installing. He responded quickly, booked in the installation and came on time. Highly efficient, very professional and absolutely pleasant young man. His work was so neat and even cleaned up all the mess. We encountered a slight hiccup due to the old sink being very dated but he managed to sort the problem out with any issues. He talked me through what he was going to do and carried on with his work. Highly recommend the young man. His prices are very reasonable too.

GPC Plumbing converted a bathroom into a shower room and utility room for me, including installing hot water cylinder. They did a great job from the first contact all the way through to completion. David spent two long days last week getting my garden into shape. He cut down a large beech tree and some very tall overgrown shrubs to allow light into a dismal dark place. In addition he cut a hedge and laurel back substantially to free up space. The mountain of waste was removed and chipped for compost. I'm looking forward to planning my new garden, and would like to thank David for all his hard work.

I have used Union Plumbing and Heating for my first time buy on a property. Not knowing where to go, and knowing the boiler had issues, I wanted a service and repairs making. The engineer was really nice and polite and respectful when he attended my property. The pricing was resonable and one of the packages is exactly what I had in mind. The communication with the head office was spot on as well. I'm really pleased with the overall service of the UP&H and I have already recommended to friends and family.

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.
