I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

John and the team at JDF have been fantastic. They delivered exactly what they’d promised, and more, but kept within their initial quote. Clean and tidy, punctual and courteous, and a far more reasonable price than any other quote that I received! I have used JDF Maintenance (Huddersfield) Limited for several years for both my Residential Properties. They have always provided me with an excellent service and even gone above and beyond to fit a new boiler in one of the properties at the drop of a hat. They are very reliable, professional and always come when arranged, providing me with that extra confidence that you don't always get with many companies these days. Chris & Jack came this morning to unblock our drains at the rear of our property, we’ve only lived here 8 weeks and didn’t know where the man holes were. These 2 soon found 2 which were covered in gravel they then set to work by Roding soon unblocking , dye was used all was running clearly, I can not recommend these guys enough well mannered polite too & a excellent service they provide & people we got them by reading the reviews too . It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the guys from Flowpro. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Checked waste water pipe running under house with a camera, cleared a blocked trap and pipe and advised on a second issue in cellar. Will definitely recommend to my neighbours and friends. We called Flowpro Drainage Ltd in a panic after our downstairs loo drain backed up. Jack went out of his way on a Saturday to come and find and clear the source of the blockage (using cameras) and clear out the drains. We feel really fortunate to have found such a professional and trustworthy plumber and heating engineer. Martin has installed a new central heating boiler and two new bathrooms for us, neither of which were straightforward due to limited head space, floor space and irregular walls. Martin gave considerable thought to the challenges of these rooms and was able to offer different solutions drawing on his experience and extensive knowledge. In all of our discussions with Martin it was evident that he wanted to get it 'right' for us. The standard of workmanship has been excellent which has included not only plumbing but also fitting flooring, skirtings, boxing in and stud work to complete the bathrooms. Martin has always left the house clean and tidy and has been consistently reliable. Furthermore, he has the amazing attitude of nothing being too much trouble. We would highly recommend MP&E plumbing and heating.

Hi all Ben came last week to install new boiler turned up on time and done a excellent job ,neat and tidy even went out of his way to get a radiator working that refused to heat up years ago .Very pleased with his work would recommend him to everyone 5 🌟

We required a bathroom suite installing and used Ben after a recommendation by a friend. We are very pleased we chose Ben, he was punctual, (unusual with plumbers) and worked to a high standard. Everything works as it should and Ben left everything clean and tidy after he had finished. I will be recommending Ben to family and friends as reliable plumbers seem difficult to find these days.

Update: Ben has been back round and fixed the outstanding issue. Through a joiner, Ben was hired to do plumbing work on a Kitchen and Living Room refurb. The job involved moving the main stop tap, disconnecting a gas fire and running some new piping to fit a dish washer. Much of the work went ok but thought I had found a leak from a washing machine. When I went to turn off the stop tap I found it had been wedged under the sink waste and left me unable to do so. Ben came out on the day and fixed that. The next day I checked my outside tap and have found that it has been disconnected. I contacted Ben on the day, made several phone calls of which only one has been picked up and the date has been changed once and now waiting for him again today with no update.

Ben did an excellent job, he was fast and professional and a very tidy workman. Highly recommend!. Top bloke too wont use anyone else 10/10 Thanks again mate 👍👍👍

I called union to fix a radiator in my bedroom, it was fixed but stopped working 3 weeks later. Union came back and sorted the problem and fitted a new thermostatic valve. I didn't have to pay anything the second time. I was very happy about this and would reccomend.

A great service from start to finish. I called to book In a boiler service and was greeted by a very helpful lady who explained the different options available to me along with prices. The service was booked in at a convenient time to myself. On the day I received a message to advise when the engineer would arrive. Union plumbing &heating did an excellent job of fitting our new bathroom. All the plumbers were knowledgeable and polite and even cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. From a first visit to completed installation I couldn’t fault anything and the actual installation only took 7 hours too

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. We had an issue with an AirBnB we run where the toilet was leaking down the wall in the room below. Andy came out straight away and managed to stop the leak. Then quickly got the parts and returned for the full fix in the gap between the next people staying. Always kept us in the loop and did a great job. Will definitely be using him again! Thanks

Andy has been extremely communcative, on time, personable throughout. He removed an old soil pipe, replaced with new, re-directed exisiting basin and bath waste, installed new tiolet and toilet waste. Made good flooring in bathroom, and replaced stonework/step outside. Oustanding service, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
