Hi all Ben came last week to install new boiler turned up on time and done a excellent job ,neat and tidy even went out of his way to get a radiator working that refused to heat up years ago .Very pleased with his work would recommend him to everyone 5 🌟

Update: Ben has been back round and fixed the outstanding issue. Through a joiner, Ben was hired to do plumbing work on a Kitchen and Living Room refurb. The job involved moving the main stop tap, disconnecting a gas fire and running some new piping to fit a dish washer. Much of the work went ok but thought I had found a leak from a washing machine. When I went to turn off the stop tap I found it had been wedged under the sink waste and left me unable to do so. Ben came out on the day and fixed that. The next day I checked my outside tap and have found that it has been disconnected. I contacted Ben on the day, made several phone calls of which only one has been picked up and the date has been changed once and now waiting for him again today with no update.

I called Simon out as I had water mysteriously running out of my wall at a place where there was no obvious water! Simon quickly found the problem and sorted it. He was fast, professional - and quite funny too! Brilliant service!

I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. All-in highly recommend for their professionalism and ease of doing buisness. Looking forward to working with them again.

Can't rate them highly enough. From first phone call to completion they've been helpful, professional ans friendly. We have a microbore system that's not worked since moving in. 3 other plumbers couldn't work out what to do. They came out and managed to work out what was what, find hidden manifolds and replace the bits that needed replacing so we now have heat!

Mark is an amazing man with his work! He came to remove an old oven and to fit a new oven which was going from gas to electric. The knowledge this man has for his work is outstanding, he quoted me £120 for this job. He spent 8 hours at my home doing this job because the electrics was being difficult and still wanted £120 but I said no and gave him £200 because the work he did was amazing, the kind man he is, full of conversation, takes pride in his work. I would 100% recommend this man to anybody. I rang him and he was straight out to do it, no messing about. Absolutely amazing worker

I cannot recommend Mark enough, I was quoted £230 for a job he did for £80. I called him out for a blocked toilet and he was out within the hour. My electric shower wasn't allowing water to flow, but I had hot high pressure water throughout the rest of the house. Mark took the time to assess any electrical faults in the initial unit, and tried to isolate the water to flow through my existing shower. He told me the exact kw needed for the new model, and even recommend what and where to buy from. Mark absolutely went out of his way, not only fitting the new shower but finding a potentially dangerous electrical fault in.my cellar. He would not leave until he knew I had the information to fix my electrics. He didn't need to look at my fuse box but did out of common decency and dudiligence. Thank you so much Mark I appreciate your hard work!

Mark came out on an urgent Sunday call today from the other side of Huddersfield, used the last of his petrol (literally) to get here, and worked up a ladder in the dark, wind and the rain to help us with our soil stack that had come loose in the storm. Can't thank you enough for your help today Mark and I hope the can of fuel was enough to get you to the nearest petrol station! Really genuine and no-nonsense guy. Thank you.

Rang mark at3pm today he was there by 4pm to sort out leaking water pipes under the sink unit. All sorted by 4 30. Cannot believe the fantastic service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend. Such a nice polite friendly person

Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Martin has done an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom. It was a really complicated job that involved rebuilding the floor and tiling very wonky walls, but Martin's calm, methodical and thoughtful approach meant that we had absolute faith that it would come out looking amazing, and it did. Came and checked my 22 year old boiler that was leaking and not switching on for hot water. Quickly disconnected a couple of parts and identified problem and recognised an additional flue safety problem. Yes he could repair it but with cost of parts I decided a new boiler would be sensible. Lee rang me the next day with prices for 4 options on size and type of controller . Good price , he came and fitted it quickly, including magnetic filter and flushed the whole system. 10 year guarantee and a good price. Recommended him to two friends who are also happy.
