Work carried out: annual service of combi boiler, replacement of expansion vessel (with explanation of function of this part) and upgrading of hall radiator with new thermostat. Scott is my “go to” for plumbing/boiler needs and has never disappointed. Jobs carried out well within reasonable timescales with excellent communication throughout. As others say, absolutely no criticism of quality of work, tidiness and charges. Scott is a true gentleman who is a pleasure to have in the home. I’ve already discussed a future project with him.

Scott came very quickly when we had a washing machine leak in the house we had just moved in to, at a very reasonable charge. He then returned out of hours to replace the pipework ready for the washing machine to be installed. Very nice, approachable and professional man. Will definitely go back to Scott for plumbing and can absolutely recommend.

Andy has been extremely communcative, on time, personable throughout. He removed an old soil pipe, replaced with new, re-directed exisiting basin and bath waste, installed new tiolet and toilet waste. Made good flooring in bathroom, and replaced stonework/step outside. Oustanding service, very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Update: Ben has been back round and fixed the outstanding issue. Through a joiner, Ben was hired to do plumbing work on a Kitchen and Living Room refurb. The job involved moving the main stop tap, disconnecting a gas fire and running some new piping to fit a dish washer. Much of the work went ok but thought I had found a leak from a washing machine. When I went to turn off the stop tap I found it had been wedged under the sink waste and left me unable to do so. Ben came out on the day and fixed that. The next day I checked my outside tap and have found that it has been disconnected. I contacted Ben on the day, made several phone calls of which only one has been picked up and the date has been changed once and now waiting for him again today with no update.

We required a bathroom suite installing and used Ben after a recommendation by a friend. We are very pleased we chose Ben, he was punctual, (unusual with plumbers) and worked to a high standard. I called as a new customer for a boiler service. Simon had a great telephone manner and worked around my availability. Tom showed up on time and was friendly, efficient and professional. The final bill was less than originally estimated, as Simon had factored in contingency for extras that are needed in some cases, which was useful for our budgeting. Matt & Paul have done a fantastic job of replacing our bathroom suite and retiling the floor and walls, as well as retiling our kitchen floor. Having read previous reviews and having met Matt on a couple of occasions prior to them starting work, we were comfortable allowing them to carry out the work whilst we were on holiday. When we returned, after only 10 days, they had not only completed the work to an excellent standard, they had also done a great job of leaving the house clean and tidy. Beau Plumbing were the only company who responded to our request for a quote for our business, and were also prompt, friendly and efficient in all their communications with us. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would happily recommend them to others.
