We found LPS on the Worcester/Bosch website and chose them because they had the best reviews. The reviews are very well deserved and we were impressed by all the team at LPS. They gave us a prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. LPS communicated well and phoned us twice in response to our emails. Ben came the same day we rang to service our boiler and Craig and Ben helped us to get to the bottom of our lack of hot water, for which we are very grateful. We thoroughly recommend LPS and will be using them again in future.

We’ve just had a new boiler fitted by Ben ! From the word go he was professional and respected our home. We received a message to say he was on his way with a tracking app and a picture of him so we knew who he was . He arrived on time and after introducing himself got straight to work and worked tirelessly until the system was working, cleaning up as he went along, He explained how to operate the new boiler controls and made sure the system was running properly, and that we were happy with everything. He advised us about a suitable service plan that their company operates. Highly Recommended!

The Team at LPS were first class. They always turned up on time, kept us informed of delivery dates or any potential issues More importantly, they did not try to "sell" us what they wanted us to have but listened to what we needed and advised. This was a huge job for us, an Air Source Heat Pump, Solar Panels and a new multi fuel stove, so inevitably there was some upheaval. The team kept this to a minimum and worked methodically and cleanly. We were dealing with 1 Firm and 1 overall Manager, Craig. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experience with LPS limited. Our boiler needed replacing after it was condemned. No heating or hot water. Contacted them at teatime Monday and new boiler was in by teatime Thursday. Competitively priced too

I contacted Mark regarding a boiler issue on a house I rent out. He has a lot of excellent online reviews & it’s easy to see why. He was able to fit the job in quickly, his communication was good & he was efficient in sorting it out. On top of that, his pricing was reasonable. Fabulous service. Following a very poor experience with British Gas, a regular customer of Mark's called him to see if he could assist me. He was able to come that day. My old boiler - which had ceased working - was gone by the end of the day and a new one fitted the next working day. Mark and his colleague Graham were charming, attentive, efficient and efficient! I would highly recommend their services.

Having used JP Plumbing for the first time recently I have nothing but praise for them. What should have been a straightforward job turned in to a huge challenge due some shoddy work done at some point in the past. Josh approached this with huge patience, taking great care to ensure there was no damage caused and communicated throughout to keep me in the picture. So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Stefan removed an old gas heater and capped the gas supply. I had been searching for a gas engineer for a while with no luck and after coming across his good reviews online, I contacted him and he was round to do the work. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend.

Stefan is a lovely person and incredible plumber. We called him up on a Saturday and he was very helpful with troubleshooting our boiler’s pressure issue over the phone. When he arrived he not only sorted our issue but also recognized a much bigger leak issue - and stopped that from becoming a major problem. Our builder layer confirmed that Stefan was completely right in finding the source of the problem and in sorting it out he saved us from what could have been a massive headache. He’s a really lovely lad and I would recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re in urgent need of a plumber! His prices are very fair and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Thank you stefan!

After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. I had my radiators supplied and fitted by Harris heating. I was very pleased with the work, Oliver and Adam were both very professional and have done a really good job. They were respectful of my property and left it clean and tidy after doing the job. There was a slight problem with a vertical radiator that I wanted installing but this soon sorted. Would highly recommend.

Jay and Eva replaced our hot water cylinder yesterday, lovely and friendly, cleaned up everything like they weren't even there! Really could not say enough great things about this company. I had been offered some crazy prices to have a washing machine plumbed in but when I went to Harris they came back at a brilliant price that was fair to them and me even giving me a discount when the job was more simple than originally planed. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable plumber who turns up when he says he will, look no further. Alex is all of those things and helped solve a leaking shower issue 3 plumbers before him couldn’t fix, fitted a new toilet in a very awkward space and resolved a hot water issue all in short order. Very highly recommended. I’ll not be using anyone else in future.

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!
