I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. He leaves everything tidy at the end of a job too. I would have no problem in recommending him. Superb service.

Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Thanks so much for a stress free experience! I will see you next year for a boiler service.

Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. They temporarily fixed it until they could source the part and even came ahead of the planned appointment to install the new part. I'll definitely be using them again!

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Saturday early morning 25/01/2025, it was -3°C outside, and my house, with a 20-month-old toddler, was freezing cold. I called my insurance company to fix the issue, but they said their earliest availability was on Monday. Then, I found P Adams Plumbing & Heating on Google Maps, where Peter answered my call while parked in his car. He was with his kids, yet he still tried to help me out. I explained the issue and told him I was seeing an error on the boiler. He advised me on a few steps to try but eventually asked if we could do a WhatsApp video call so I could show him the boiler. Peter spent some time patiently explaining what to do, and I followed his instructions step by step. Guess what? The hot water and heating system started working again! I’m absolutely amazed that there are people like him, and I couldn’t thank him enough. He didn’t even want to be paid for his help. I just can’t believe someone could be so genuine and kind. Thank you so much, Peter. My toddler is now having a warm bath, and my family is warm again. I would recommend him to everyone, and I hope people treat him well for his incredible kindness.

Peter has been doing my boiler servicing and plumbing for a number of years now and I can't recommend him highly enough. When faced with issues within the job he really does go to great lengths to fix them. I had a completely inaccessible kitchen tap that needed replacing. Somehow, he managed to complete the job where others would have long thrown in the towel. He really does things properly with so much skill and experience. We have used Peter's services several times in the maintenance of our old boiler and the installation of our new cylinder today. Peter has always provided an efficient and friendly service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a new boiler the following day in an emergency situation in which our old boiler had failed. Peter sourced and installed this on the same day without a second pair of hands, having this completed in time to have hot water that afternoon. Peter recently replaced a central heating pump at my mother's house in Leeds. I was super impressed because we thought much more work would be necessary and he down-scaled the work to just the part we needed and did it straight away at a reasonable price. He also threw in a couple of side jobs while he was here and instructed me how to do some optional work that he could otherwise charge for. He also stuck around and worked through difficult circumstances so as not to leave my mother without heat overnight. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you Peter.

Mark and his team recently renovated our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. Communication with Mark was seamless; he always answered the phone and responded quickly to any questions, nothing was too much hassle.
