Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! He has a great eye for detail too which made all the difference with some of the aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend him and already have !

Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Needed a replacement tap, that was broke in the kitchen, called and came in a couple of hours, 20 minutes later, we had a working tap again. Very polite and good work. Price was good too. Very recommended.

Excellent service provided by Craig and his company. Would definitely recommend and use again. Quick clean and efficient as well as in depth knowledge about all different types of flooring. We love our new carpets!!!

Craig has just finished replacing carpets in our 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing and living room and we think he's done a fantastic job. After first contacting him, Craig was quick to get back to me, and came out that day to have a look around the house. He offered lots of advice, and we never felt pressured to commit to anything, although we were happy with the written quote he provided. We are really impressed with the quality of the work, Craig takes the time to do the job to the highest standard rather than trying to cut corners and do things quickly. This included numerous time consuming fixes to our floor boards, especially on our landing which hadn't been left in a great state by previous works and was noticeably uneven and noisy - however, it now feels as good as new. I really can't recommend Thorner Flooring enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Craig was the only person we could find who would take up a carpet, assess some bad floorboards, fix them and then re-lay the carpet. He fitted us in quickly and got the job done in a day, which we're grateful for. It's great to have a solid floor back!

I can very much understand how Thorner Flooring Services have received so many five star reviews. I am really impressed with the excellent customer service I have received from them. I needed a new room carpeting fairly quickly - they promised me this could be done, and then made sure they delivered not just on time but a day earlier than expected. The carpet is lovely, was a very, very reasonable price, and they have removed all waste from the site for me. This is the third room I have had carpeted in the past couple of years, and I wish I had known about Thorner Flooring before now, as my positive experience with them is very different to what I've had before! Highly recommend.
