Mark and his team recently renovated our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. Communication with Mark was seamless; he always answered the phone and responded quickly to any questions, nothing was too much hassle. He provided excellent advice without applying any pressure and handled everything smoothly thanks to his local supplier connections. During our two-week holiday, they worked in our home, and we returned to a beautiful new bathroom. We'll definitely contact Mark again when we renovate our kitchen!

Mark and his team fitted a new bathroom whilst we were on holiday and we are very pleased with it. It was lovely to return to a new bathroom without any of the upheaval whilst it was being fitted. He was great with suggestions when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted and we wouldn't hesitate to use him and his team for other work.

Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. He kept in touch and updated us of the smallest details and kept our anxieties away. Even after the majority of the work was done, he followed up with other pending issues. We are looking forward to getting him to re-do our bathroom. He probably will be our official Plumber. In a world full of service providers’ woes, Oakstone Plumbing Co is a true blessing. Dan fitted our new bathroom, I feel like so much time and thought was put into the job before the work even started. I really appreciate all the details that make it a functional family bathroom as well as looking great. The work has been completed to such a high standard, Dan also sorted out a few other plumbing issues in the house along the way. Dan was really helpful from our first interaction. We asked him to fix an issue with a bath tap leak and were given really honest information and advice straight away. Dan came out promptly to assess the issue and when it came to fixing it, went above and beyond to make sure it was done to a high standard. It was really reassuring to have someone complete the work who was so meticulous in ensuring it was done right. Excellent communication from start to finish and I would rely on Dan to come back and do any other plumbing job!

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Communication was great throughout, he was on time and reliable on both occasions and we find him really friendly and easy to get on with. Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex arrived very promptly when we had an emergency water leak from our shower. He dealt with the problem very effectively and in a totally professional manner, in the two visits we had from him. I'm very happy to recommend him and we'll definitely use him again in the future when needed.

We’ve used Mike a lot now as he is reliable and friendly. Mike installed our new hive heating set up. Responded to messages quickly and installed the unit straight away. If there are any issues Mike always comes back to fix them. Top service.

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! He has a great eye for detail too which made all the difference with some of the aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend him and already have !

Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.

I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. The plumber turned up on the agreed date, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy (Neil if I remember correctly) and completed the repair. Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

Pilot light would not stay lit on our Water Heater. Had an engineer out who charged an extortionate amount just for a call out, had no idea what to do and left. Finally found Mario who came with no call out fee, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable price & returned the next day with a new part and got our hot water back on with minimum fuss. He was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly, giving us confidence in his skills. The final charge was exactly what he had quoted. Will definitely be using him again if needed. We feel we've now know 'A man who can'.
