Contacted Dan to repair our kitchen and bathroom. He was so prompt and professional from the start. He came in with his team and repaired and refurbished our kitchen and gave it a whole new look. He kept in touch and updated us of the smallest details and kept our anxieties away. Even after the majority of the work was done, he followed up with other pending issues. We are looking forward to getting him to re-do our bathroom. He probably will be our official Plumber. In a world full of service providers’ woes, Oakstone Plumbing Co is a true blessing. Dan fitted our new bathroom, I feel like so much time and thought was put into the job before the work even started. Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. Dave was responsive, clear and efficient when we needed help with a leaky join in our kitchen pipes on a Saturday evening. Couldn't have asked for better service and I will keep his number for any future work, already know I can trust and depend on him

We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. Dave was fantastic and did a great job of finding a solution to a complex problem. He managed to solve our problem that evening, giving us peace of mind, and provided a great service all round. An absolute life saver.

Dave was brilliant, he came out within the hour, got straight to it and was finished in 15 minutes if that. Will definitely be calling him again if I have any further issues in the future. Absolutely lovely man, could not recommend him enough! Thank you again dave!

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Needed a waste first floor pipe connected up to the stack pipe waste - an odd assortment of non-standard parts used in the construction. John worked out a solution to get the job done in a quick and efficient manner. Will definitely use his services again.

I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. The plumber turned up on the agreed date, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy (Neil if I remember correctly) and completed the repair. Extremely pleased with the service provided and fairly priced too. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area

Mario responded quickly to my request for a repair to my shower. He was punctual, polite and helpful and completed the work efficiently and satisfactorily. I am happy to recommend his services.

Pilot light would not stay lit on our Water Heater. Had an engineer out who charged an extortionate amount just for a call out, had no idea what to do and left. Finally found Mario who came with no call out fee, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us a reasonable price & returned the next day with a new part and got our hot water back on with minimum fuss. He was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly, giving us confidence in his skills. The final charge was exactly what he had quoted. Will definitely be using him again if needed. We feel we've now know 'A man who can'.

We had a badly leaking and running kitchen tap which we couldn't turn off. We called Mario Martin and he responded straight away to our call and came within a couple of hours, quickly stopped and repaired the leaking tap which took him no time at all. We were very pleased with Mario's workmanship. He is very helpful knowledgeable. We will have no hesitation in calling him again for any plumbing and installation work.
