My partner rang Mr Reactive because our heating stopped working at 2.45pm. It’s the beginning of January and snowing outside so too cold to not get it sorted asap. We were given a time slot 3-6pm same day. Engineer rang us at 3.15 to say he was on his way. Arrived shortly after and gave a diagnosis that thermostat was not working. Replaced thermostat. Took the time to show us how it worked and fixed it neatly onto the wall. Engineer’s name was Tee, he was very down to earth and friendly, we felt very comfortable chatting to him. Gave us advice about our boiler for future. Took his time to explain things. Really happy. Everything working fine now. Recommend- especially if its Tee who comes out 😊

I contacted Mr Reactive after being repeatedly let down by a different engineer who was unable to fix my lack of hot water. Mr Reactive quickly came to diagnose the issue and, within two days, had the new part fitted and my hot water restored. I am very pleased with their service, from the speed and level of professionalism to the sensible pricing.

Previous engineer charged a lot of money to repair our boiler and still had issues. Contacted mr reactive and they found that the issue wasn’t with the boiler. All issues have now been rectified, well priced and great service from the engineer. For peace of mind we have now taken the boiler cover. Highly recommend!

Called MH plumbing to help with a water leak. They quickly diagnose it as a leaking kitchen gully. They came early to fix it and finish the job ahead of schedule so fortunate to have found them and mr Hussain is excellent at what he does very knowledgeable and experienced. I would not hesitate to use him again used many plumbing services from others but MH plumbing by far the best I've seen. Punctual and reliable hard to find these days but MH plumbing services delivered nothing to much to ask from them. Thanks again Mr Hussain and the team involved.

We have just had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and what a fantastic job they have done. From their initial visit, they listened to what I wanted and guided me through the process, even with a few design tips. The lads that carried out the work were respectful, helpful and always cleared up after themselves. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Very impressed with our new bathroom. The work was completed to very high standard and on time. The guys who did the work were professional and courteous and went the extra mile for us to make sure that any issues that arose during the installation were resolved quickly and effectively. What can I say, Mike is AMAZING. I originally met him when I called him for a shower repair one Sunday and he turned up the same day! Mike mended the shower plus some other stuff the same week and I booked him to replace my bathroom a few months later. Mike was very responsive and creative about what I wanted. He came when he said he would and gave me a fantastic, bespoke bathroom and separate toilet within 2 weeks. He also came back 6 months later to repair a tap, under warranty, at no cost to me and within 24 hours of the reported issue. I cannot recommend Mike and his team highly enough. They are brill.

I'd used Mike for a couple of small plumbing jobs previously and he'd always been reliable so when I wanted a whole new bathroom, it was a no brainer to call him again. Mike provided a reasonable quote and was able to send me loads of options for different bathroom furniture. He was even able to source specific items based on images I sent him. The whole bathroom was ripped out and redone in the space of a week and the work was to a really high standard. He even came back a few weeks later to fix the radiator back on the wall once the decorating had been finished. I can't praise him highly enough. Honest, punctual and reliable which is hard to find nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I needed any work on the house doing. Thanks, Mike!

Found NSP on Google after failed attempts at finding a Plumber who actually dealt with leaks Very happy chappy who came when said took one look at my leak & could of taken me for a ride. He was very honest & told me straight away to go through my insurance. He could have very easily pulled my walls & floor boards apart trying to find the source & fixing it to charge extortionate prices. Instead he was very honest and gave me the best option for me. Would definitely recommend & will definitely be keeping his number for any future jobs

I would highly recommended this guy! I had a problem with my boiler losing presssure (error code e119) every morning, and also it was going beyond the red line when heating was on for a while. He came to my house the same day, and fixed the problem! What more can I say? A genuine and honest person who I would highly recommend. He also went above and beyond and checked my boiler for any problems!

And then the other engineer never showed up so I called back and even tho it was late the Adil still came out for me as he knew I had no heating or hot water. We had a problem with our shower pressure. Mick came and had a look at it as promised. He recommended a shower pump to be installed as the other plumber had not installed one and done cowboy job on the new shower installation. He went through the items we needed and agreed a day for him to come. He arrived on time as promised . Spend the day installing it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to everyone that has any issues or problems to get in touch with him. He will not let you down like the rest of them.
