I would like to say a big Thankyou to Phillipe an he’s son Luke for the endless jobs they have done for us ! Over the years as we all know finding great tradesmen has become a thing of the past but I found Phillipe an he’s son Luke by chance I can honestly say I won’t ever look for any one else !! They have tiled my kitchen my hall way my bathrooms all five of them and if you want videos and photos please don’t hesitate to contact me they are coming back to rebuild my conservatory what a great father an son business. They did not over charge me or even try because when you live in a desirable Property the price goes up so over hall they are great family business

Fabulous work. Bathroom was done last year by this company. Superb - hall was renovated earlier this year and again another great job. Kitchen has been altered and again the craftsmanship.shows in their work. I can recommend this company who go out of their way to be helpful.

We had a leak from our upstairs shower that damaged the living room ceiling, and Jovy did an amazing job fixing it! He quickly found the fault, repaired the leak and later returned to patch up the ceiling. The result is smooth and flawless. He and his crew were polite, funny and left everything spotless. The price was very reasonable for such excellent service. Highly recommend!

From the moment we chose our bespoke fitted kitchen to the installation everything was fantastic and was carried out fitted to an extremely high standard. The redesign of our kitchen was fabulously done by Jovy. He explained everything in detail, the installation team lead by Danny was first class. Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

Wes completely gutted our very small cramped bathroom and replaced our tired over the bath electric shower with a beautiful walk in shower and a new toilet and sink. Excellent service- arrived in one hour, just after Christmas and replaced our boiler by the next day. Gaz was so helpful and professional- he and his guys literally saved the day. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Gaz fixed a fault on our boiler. It wasn’t easy to identify the cause of the fault and he had to make several trips to us and for parts. He was really careful to show me the wear and tear on parts replaced and did not replace anything unnecessarily, including avoiding changing an expensive part before first trying replacing the connecting part, which thankfully worked. He is friendly, responsive and charged fairly.

Chris and Matt have replaced a bathroom suite, installed a downstairs toilet, plumbed in our new kitchen and changed all of our radiators to cast iron for us. We’ve always been really happy with their work and their approach. They are always polite, friendly and accommodating and we’d highly recommend them.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. I needed a plumber at short notice as my boiler was losing pressure on a daily basis. I contacted mck and within a few days the whole job was done including new parts. Easy to make contact with the engineer was excellent. Can't fault them. Highly recommended

Luke came to move a radiator. His communication regarding arrival times was fantastic. The work he carried out was to a fantastic level, rhe room was left clean and tired out once he'd finished, he even fixed the loose floorboard for me!! Would definitely recommend and will be using him again.

Luke and his team fitted a new Worcester Bosch combination boiler with remote temperature access at my house in Leeds in mid-February 2021 (it has taken me a few months to get round to writing this). My initial inquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Luke. The job itself was excellent. They arrived on time and were finished by late afternoon, despite a lot of work needed, with a minimum of fuss and disruption. They pride themselves on doing a good job and quality service and it shows. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend Luke and his team.
