I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Paul arrived Friday evening after our boiler failed. He found the problem and gave great advice on contacting the manufacturer. Many thanks

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. Lee arrived promptly and serviced the boiler, gave an account of what was done. Also dealt with ‘paper work’ efficiently, leaving certificate with us. Did mention one minor item that we should. Think about having done, asked him to organise this, said Jayne would deal with this.

We had 2 saniflo systems put in our cellar by CTD plumbers , for a toilet and a sink. The work was done efficiently and in a friendly manner. I particularly liked the respect they had for our property. Everything was covered with dust sheets so it was kept clean. Despite it being an unpleasant job he remained professional and polite throughout. We are very happy with the final result and at a very good price. Thank you. We will definitely be using CTD plumbers again when and if required.

Luke arrived on time and assessed what was needed . He called back and very quickly and efficiently got on with the job . He was professional , very tidy and kept me informed of the work which needed to be carried out . As a result of his knowledge and professionalism we are employing him to carry out a new boiler installation in the next few weeks . Luke and his team fitted a new Worcester Bosch combination boiler with remote temperature access at my house in Leeds in mid-February 2021 (it has taken me a few months to get round to writing this). My initial inquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Luke. The job itself was excellent. They arrived on time and were finished by late afternoon, despite a lot of work needed, with a minimum of fuss and disruption. They pride themselves on doing a good job and quality service and it shows. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend Luke and his team.

Luke came to move a radiator. His communication regarding arrival times was fantastic. The work he carried out was to a fantastic level, rhe room was left clean and tired out once he'd finished, he even fixed the loose floorboard for me!! Would definitely recommend and will be using him again.

First time I have used this company and I must say they were excellent from start to finish. Very professional, always returned calls and information and diagnostics of the problem again excellent. Other companies just stated the standard stock answer of 'needs a new boiler' £1800. It actually turned out to be a small pipe leak in a weird place, saved myself £1500. Thanks gents, top service.

We’d like to express our sincere thanks to Matthew & Chris for an absolutely first class service. We’d rang round many plumbers asking for help to replace our expansion vessel that had a hole in it and as result we had to turn off the hot water. So, it was an urgent problem that no other plumbers except CPMS were interested in sorting. The very next day they came round and replaced the vessel with expert ease. Just had my first experience with CPMS and it was great! Matt got things arranged for James to come out and sort my boiler as quickly as he could. James was a really nice guy and seemed more than happy for me to loiter around and ask questions while he worked. They both made me feel like they cared about helping me and getting things sorted, and the pricing was fair. Couldn't have asked for better really.

Phil and Luke did an awesome job tiling our kitchen and bathroom. They had a high quality of work with both regular tile and brickslips tile. They were reliable, prompt, and professional throughout the job (which is like finding gold dust among tradesmen). They were by far the best team we had throughout our whole kitchen renovation!

Over the years as we all know finding great tradesmen has become a thing of the past but I found Phillipe an he’s son Luke by chance I can honestly say I won’t ever look for any one else !! Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. Had a brilliant plumber around from Plumbcare this evening (sorry didn’t get his name). Had a leak in our toilet. Good to get great service. After being let down by my insurers first choice ( apparently they cancelled my emergency call out) they contacted Plumbcare Yorkshire who got Liam out within a couple of hours who fixed my leaking toilet that had been spewing water since 3am. Liam is a credit to the company. Such a polite and calming young man. Got the problem sorted and when left didn't even know he had been, except the problem was sorted. Thank you Plumbcare.

Called Plumbcare to help with a leaking mains pipe. Kristian and Nigel turned up within two hours, were professional, approachable, and calming. Diagnosed the problems and got them fixed quickly and confidently. Great service, will absolutely call them next time I need help.

Plumbcare repaired our boiler (replaced the heat exchanger). We are delighted with how quickly the repair was done, and they are easily contactable via their call centre. I feel Plumbcare could better communicate the repair process and timescales with their customers. However, I also acknowledge that in this matter, Plumbcare acted as a subcontractor to an insurance company, which was acting as a subcontractor to the energy company where I bought the boiler insurance policy. Thus, it was not clear who my best point of contact was in a weekend emergency. Overall, the claim was processed efficiently. Thank you.
