We had a total new bathroom fitted by Richard while away on holiday for 2 weeks and totally trustworthy in leaving him in our home . From the start of the renovation discussing what we liked and suggestions from him what was best to use in showers/ taps/ tiles to completion, we were kept up to date in every process he was doing,even sending us pictures. He was meticulous in the details like cutting the trim for the tile edging and tile grouting . It was vacuumed up and tidied on completion His work was 100% and we have no problem in recommending him to do any bathroom projects future customers have in mind . Richard also fitted our boiler and services it every year and highly recommend him for both of these services 😀 We love our new bathroom !

Richard has completely remodelled my bathroom and I feel confident that the work is of the highest standard. Whilst redoing the bathroom Richard has always come up with suggestions and solutions to make the bathroom look terrific.

Excellent service from Richard as always. Came out at very short notice to sort a leak on our boiler due to wear and tear. Nothing is too much trouble to him.He does a fabulous job and is very professional, tidy and reliable. Cannot recommend Gas Care enough.

Had a broken downstairs loo which was overflowing on each flush. Hard working, courteous, tidy, polite and genuinely good guys. Replaced the systern and resealed the loo. Really happy with the work and fairly priced. Would recommend. (they do electrics too) Ps. He likes a brew, black tea no sugar lol

We had an emergency leak and were panicking about what to do. Rang Dave out of hours and he said he'd be with us within the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised when he managed to get to us within 20 mins or so. Dave was fantastic and did a great job of finding a solution to a complex problem. He managed to solve our problem that evening, giving us peace of mind, and provided a great service all round. An absolute life saver.

Excellent service form Dave, called out as an emergency repair at 11pm, Dave was here in half a hour and sorted the issue promptly and was really reasonably priced definitely recommend for any plumbing issues

Nathan did a very good job for us replacing a kitchen tap. He was professional and persistent in the face of a problematic fitting and was concerned to get it right. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Nathan came and repaired a burst pipe for me. I was in a real panic as the burst pipe was under my laminate flooring. Nathan was very professional and soon sorted the problem for me. I live in rented accommodation and recently our landlady hired Nathan to help fix our shower which had drainage and leak issues. I couldn’t fault Nathan at all. He kept me and my partner (as well as the landlady) well informed and was able to fix the issue in a very timely manner. He was also very friendly as was the gentleman Mark who helped him with the job. I would recommend him to others for sure!

I had an issue with a leaking overflow pipe and have had two other plumbers out to come and fix the leak. They charged me for the job and still didn’t sort the issue out. Awoke to a pretty serious leak on my combi-boiler. Mr Bley was round in about 10 minutes as promised, had a spare block in his van, fitted, cleaned up after himself, sucked 1/2 a gallon of water out of the carpet and off He went around 2 hours later. Excellent response and excellent service and, for a Saturday callout, very reasonable prices indeed. Cannot recommend highly enough. He's my Heating Engineer of choice henceforth 👍👍👍👍👍

We recently had a complete boiler and central heating system installed by Blays Plumbing and Heating. From removal of the old system to installing all new pipes, radiators and relocating the new boiler, we received truly outstanding service. They turned up when they said they would. All work was incredibly neat, tidy and cleaned up everyday. The pipework is first class and everything finished off to a really high standard. We received well above 5 star service and highly recommend them.

Mick and his team are absolutely 1st class. I cannot recommend them enough. Nothing was a problem, always phoned me and turned up when he said he would. Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing.
