I had a water leak from the expansion vessel connected to my water tank. I've never used Fahim from Adams Heating before but knew his services was being used by many of my neighbours on the estate so I got in touch with him and even though he responded during this busy period in winter he fitted me in a few days after I made contact with him which is understandable. He messaged me the night before to ask me if he could turn up first thing in the morning the next day which worked out well. He quickly came, diagnosed the fault by doing some tests and went away to get a new expansion vessel. He told me exactly what the cost would be before he carried out any work. After finishing his job and doing all his checks he was satisfied and confident that he had resolved my issue. He's a very polite, well mannered and professional guy who comes across very experienced with what he is doing. He showed a lot of care and respect towards my property which was good to see from him. After all, he has worked for British Gas before. He provided me with a receipt via email once he finished his work which is very professional as a business. He even responded to my text after his work was done when I had some concerns with the pressure of the water tank but he assured me all was OK and normal which gives me a lot of confidence to contact him again for any future work I may need him for. I cannot hesitate to recommend Fahim as he clearly knows what he is doing. Thank you so much for your prompt response and fitting me in. :)

Fahim came to install The Hive thermostat. Came on time, Work was done to a professional level and knows very well what he is doing. Quote was reasonable for the time it took to complete the installation. His colleague Nigel also deserves 5 Star rating

Adams Heating Ltd. is a very professional, dedicated, and fairly-priced business. Two gas engineers came at once when I requested a boiler and gas heater service. They were very clean, leaving no mess at all, even taking the boiler filter outside to clean it to prevent it from.cloggimg up my kitchen sink! They had to wrestle with rusted nuts and bolts on my ancient wall heater, while they also fitted the new thermocouple I'd bought, during the service. They also kept me updated on any changes to their planned arrival time, as job lengths can vary from the original estimates. They emailed me my gas safety certificates, too, on completion of the work. It's rare to find such a brilliant, local company , so I will certainly be using them every year now!

I have had a new boiler installation done by Smart gas found them online. After reading reviews decided to give them a call. Installer Nick came out had a look and sent us a quote he wasnt pushey or trying to sell me something I didnt need. Nick couldn't help us enough, infact I called him again before I made decision to go ahead with deal. He went through all again and i checked there was no hidden charges he was so nice and reassuring. Paul and Nick came and team fitted the new boiler system removing the old water tank system while doing this work they was so clean and tidy couldnt believe by end we had a new boiler fitted work to high standards. I couldnt thank the team enough paul went through all instructions for the boiler calmly and politely. The next day we had a small leak nothing dramatic but called engineer Nick and he came straight away his really good and so helpful and kind true great workman. If anyone has hesitation about this company please dont the team are brilliant and there work is 100% high standards at a great reasonable price. Big thankyou to Nick for all you did topman.

Had our boiler fitted by Paul & his team when we first moved in. Very polite and professional and on time, which was important as we had booked time off work. We were so impressed with his work, we have now booked him to do our en-suite renovation.

Bret was an absolute star, we had our boiler serviced by Bret and from opening the door to him I knew he was professional. Firstly Bret put shoe covers on which is a big must for me as I am very house proud, not many people do this, I have had gas engineers come and trail muck and the rest of it through my house and not give it a secound thought. Bret saved the day again! He came out in the evening to put a radiator back on correctly as it was leaking. I should have called him first, instead of trying to save money by getting someone who is not a plumber to do it.Bret is a professional, very friendly, trustworthy and reliable. He also did a flue test after I had mentioned my concerns about my fire as I had not had it on for about three years. I will be calling him again shortly to do a complete service on the fire. in future I will stick to the experts and Bret most definitely is that. I will recommend him to anyone. I called CJ Heating when my boiler broke down yesterday. Chris called within 24 hours. He was polite, knowledgable and explained clearly what was going to happen at every stage. He managed to identify the fault, source a part and fit it, all in one visit. The previous engineer (from elsewhere) just quoted for a new one, which would need to be located elsewhere, so more money and inconvenience. Chris wouldn't consider that until he had satisfied himself that it couldn't be repaired, which is the approach I prefer. I am very happy with the service I received. Highly recommended.

Chris came round this morning to look at a leaky radiator, explained throughly the problem and went above and beyond. Was a great help also just explaining things for future use. They were great! My old boiler broke 1 week before Christmas with 2 young kiddies in the house. I couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly, but they moved their schedules round and even worked late so they could come fit a new boiler the next day. Really friendly service too. Can’t thank them enough for sorting it so quickly!

My boiler of 22 years packed in. Lee came round the day I rang him and took a look and the advice was to replace it as mine was so old the parts needed were likely to be now obsolete. He did offer to have a look though. He also gave me a quote for a new combi boiler which I was put under no pressure to go ahead with and was given time to think about the quote which was very reasonable and I chose to take this option. One week later, I now have a new combi boiler. Ollie and Jamie arrived on time and fitted my new boiler, taking away the old one and the hot water tank out of the airing cupboard. They were brilliant lads, very professional and very clean and tidy. They also made sure it was all working and connected to my new hive thermostat and that my app for hive on my phone was working to control the new boiler. Couldn’t be happier. House is warm again and the hot water is instant 24/7 and seems to run faster than it did before Thank you so much to everyone. I made contact regarding a new boiler quote, there was no obligation but the cost was super competitive so just over a week later my new Gloworm boiler has arrived. The lads were brilliant, on time, very clean and professional. Ensured my Hive was all set up. Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. Total boiler change, brand new with modern apps and fittings etc. New radiator fitted and pipes repaired as well as pipes capped off when renovating the house. Danny initially came to flush the Central Heating and fit a new filter, which was completed with no fuss, however on restarting the Boiler, Danny realised that it needed replacing, the Company who replaced it 5yrs ago did not flush the system prior to installation, therefore all the Boiler was clogged. 5 days later new Boiler fitted, no upselling from Danny either, same Boiler as in his own home and smart thermostat fitted. we now have a new Heating Engineer 👊👊👊

Danny came to try fix our boiler it turned out it had multiple things wrong with it and given the boiler was an old boiler Danny recommended a new boiler would be the best option. Danny installed us a new boiler which he recommend and it is fantastic, a lot more energy efficient and the house feels warmer. The price Danny gave us was very competitive. We've been using Warmaway for over 10 years now. Initially for a new boiler and pressurised hot water tank system install. Other Companies made what we wanted sound impossible but John at Warmaway made it simple. Then subsequent boiler servicing. Our daughter also had a new boiler installed by Warmaway at her previous house a few years ago. All the work was always a professional job by courtious, friendly & competent Engineers. Our Daughter now needed a new Combi boiler install to replace the inadequate existing system boiler and hot water cylinder in her new house. Today we had our solar installation completed by Warmaway - in short we cannot speak highly enough of the installation service we received. Obviously, it is far too early to judge the effectiveness of the system or actual savings but: in terms of the installation process, it was, simply, faultless. The electrical team of James, Fraser and Lucas arrived as scheduled (not always a "given") on Monday. They were friendly, polite, helpful and very effective at removing rubbish and general debris. Joe completed the installation of the panels today with similar plaudits. Joe carefully took me through the info from the monitoring app and all seems to be working fine - with the experience of nearly 5 hours. First of all, our boiler 'died' pretty dramatically and Steve, after a phone call, arrived promptly and sorted the issue. He was able to install a new boiler just a couple of days later. Did a fantastic job and will continue to be our gas man of choice from now on.

The service that I have received was brilliant. They came out and inspected my boiler situation and within a few days I had a new boiler up and running.
