I recently contacted Steve from Bright Gas Services to obtain a quote for a Worcester 30i combi boiler supplied and fitted. I would most certainly recommend the services of this company. Steve arrived promptly at the agreed time to give his quote and described at length which boiler he recommended. I was only interested in Worcester. He was most patient answering all my questions. After obtaining several quotes I decided on using Bright Gas. In between obtaining the quote and actual instalment date I had exchanged a number of emails with Steve as I had several further questions. He answered all my emails promptly and in full detail. I had this boiler installed on 25 September 2015. Once again Steve and his apprentice arrived promptly at the agreed time of 08:30 am. I was most impressed as the first thing he did was lay down plastic sheeting over my ceramic tiles in the kitchen to protect them. I have never experienced tradesmen being concerned about protecting a persons property before. I do not profess to know the first thing about plumbing and installing a boiler system but it is crystal clear to see that the work is of an excellent standard. All waste materials including my old boiler were removed by Steve and my kitchen/pantry was left in such a clean and tidy state as if no work had ever taken place. Steve and his apprentice did excellent work for me and I cannot praise them or recommend them enough. The proof of the excellent work is now down to Worcester to deliver the goods this winter and forthcoming winters! I do believe they will, every review I have read about Worcester boilers has been good.

He confirmed that we had purchased the correct replacement thermostat and efficiently handled the reinstallation and programming of the 7-day temperature settings. His professionalism and understanding were evident throughout, and he kindly advised us to reach out if any issues arise. First of all, our boiler 'died' pretty dramatically and Steve, after a phone call, arrived promptly and sorted the issue. He was able to install a new boiler just a couple of days later. Did a fantastic job and will continue to be our gas man of choice from now on.

The service that I have received was brilliant. They came out and inspected my boiler situation and within a few days I had a new boiler up and running. Steve was very responsive and Jared who came out to fit my boiler was very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend using this company.
