Was struggling to find a plumber we felt confident in until I came across George. He is very knowledgeable and talked us through our needs and the type of boiler and radiators we needed. He is quick and tidy and will go out of his way to help. His quotation was very competitive. We struck lucky in giving the job to George and we would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Excellent service: George sourced a feature radiator for my kitchen, removed and disposed of the old one and fitted the new. It looks fabulous! I was kept informed throughout the process; George came when he said he would. This was all for less than the price I had been quoted just for the radiator elsewhere.

Abdul was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the boiler repaired quickly and efficiently. We even had the boiler serviced by him while he was here. Very reliable and trustworthy company.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Fully registered young man arrived today to install my brand new cooker which curry’s refused to do as their was a socket in the heat zone. The owner quickly removed and made the socket safe, fitted the cooker and made sure we were happy and that everything was working correctly! Great service at short notice at a very reasonable price! We have just had a complete refurbishment of our bathroom and what a fantastic job they have done. From their initial visit, they listened to what I wanted and guided me through the process, even with a few design tips. Josh worked quickly and cleanly for my elderly parents and identified the water leak and damp problems to be rectified. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Now have a nice and toasty house along with hot water. Thank you very much.

I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled. Always been very friendly and helpful, helped us a with a range of regular maintenance and other jobs that crop with an older house over the years. Never taken for a ride, and never had any issues with the quality of the work or follow up. Once booked in, they come round when they say they will and won't leave you waiting in for days. I had a quote for three sets of taps and knew I needed further work doing. I gave the guys carte blanche for a small budget. The extra work was very reasonably priced. All polite, professional and tidied up behind themselves. Bear in mind three other plumbers couldn’t even tell me what the problem was. They got it done from quote to finish in a fortnight. 👍
