Always been very friendly and helpful, helped us a with a range of regular maintenance and other jobs that crop with an older house over the years. Never taken for a ride, and never had any issues with the quality of the work or follow up. Once booked in, they come round when they say they will and won't leave you waiting in for days. Would recommend.

I needed my old kitchen sink disconnected for a suddenly-booked kitchen removal, and never thought I'd be able to find a good plumber at the last minute. These guys generously squeezed me in and arrived 45 minutes after I called - super efficient and great advice. Really appreciate it.

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Now have a nice and toasty house along with hot water. Thank you very much.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to provide information to help me prepare the opening for installation. On the installation day, I was more than impressed by his attention to detail and positive attitude in overcoming any issues. We had Abdurrahman Ismail from NI Gas & Plumbing Services replace the gas central heating boiler at a property we rent out. It’s the first time we’ve used this company but we’ll definitely be using them in future for maintenance, servicing, gas safety certificates etc. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working at the property today, he’s done a great job, replacing old pipes, making good the stonework and clearing up after himself, all the time being very happy in his job and taking pride in his work. He even ran through the instructions for the boiler for me to make a video for the tenant. I’m just really pleased we chose NI for this job.

Thermostat stopped working so we were left with no heating… gave NI Gas & Plumbing a call, sent an engineer out within a couple of hours, all back up and running the same night. Reasonable call-out charge considering the work was undertaken at 9:30pm. Great service all round 👍🏻 cheers guys!

Excellent service: George sourced a feature radiator for my kitchen, removed and disposed of the old one and fitted the new. It looks fabulous! I required a new radiator fitting. Joe was very fast at responding to my initial enquiry and work was undertaken the same week. The work was completed within the time frame he had quoted even though he ran into an unexpected stone floor beneath the laminate flooring. The room was left spotless after he'd finished and he even checked up on the work a few days later. Would definitely recommend.

Joe was fantastic both before and during the works. He offered advice and options on radiator sizing, boiler specs and explained the installation, system flushing, testing processes in detail. Works were completed ahead of schedule with no mess and the boiler setup now looks like a work of art with pipework and equipment all labelled up for ease of any future maintenance. Extremely happy and have already booked Joe in for some tiling in our kitchen. (Also his dog is ace!)

We had our boiler serviced by this company. Jag advised us that the water in the system was contaminated, and that the system needed flushing and some chemicals adding to prolong the life of the boiler and the system. Jag sorted everything out for us for a very reasonable price, and explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely be using him again next year, and would highly recommend to all. Jag has looked after our heating and plumbing for years. He's always there to help and is really concerned to do a good job. He's very good at solving problems, looking for alternatives and making the right choices. We've had boiler repairs, services and a replacement all done in good time and at very reasonable prices. From initial quote through to finished job everything went seamless. We had a complete new bathroom suite, replacement floor, walls back to bare brick, replastered and tiled.
