I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Thank you also to Jodie who always responds promptly.

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

This family business has been my go-to plumber for several years. Last week Dean fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us, after taking the time to advise us a couple of weeks beforehand on our options. He and his dad Howard are really knowledgeable and up to date about plumbing and heating regulations. Dean was also able to advise us clearly and accurately about trace wires and plume kits (we only needed the latter), as well as the different options of heating controller (we went for the SensoHOME, which is very user-friendly and works well with the SensoAPP so we can also control the heating when away from home). It's impressive that just as Howard taught his son Dean, Dean is now teaching Callum, who is currently doing an apprenticeship with the company. It was interesting overhearing how clearly Dean explained things to Callum to help him to develop and practise plumbing and heating skills, to supplement the college course Callum is doing. Dean was tidy but meticulously cleaned up anyway at the end of the job. I had meant to ask Dean about a potentially problematic gutter, but he spotted it anyway and replaced the offending section for us. Dean's mother Julie is always very good at setting up the appointments. On other plumbing problems at home, Dean has brought Jack with him, who is also a very professional and hard-working plumber. A high-quality, clean, reliable, friendly and professional service by a second-generation (or more?) family business. Highly recommended for any plumbing or heating need.

We have just had a shower fitted by HP plumbing and heating. They came when they said they would and got on with the job. No mess, carpets protected, cleaned up after themselves, brilliant!! Workmanship is amazing and attention to detail is excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! He has a great eye for detail too which made all the difference with some of the aspects of the installation. I would highly recommend him and already have !

Google Maps could Do with a little bit of a tweak as it sends you in the wrong direction. At the Roundabout continue straight instead of turning back on yourself towards M&K building supplies and then take the right filter lane directly after the roundabout to cross the dual carriageway into the business park.

Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

Excellent service form Dave, called out as an emergency repair at 11pm, Dave was here in half a hour and sorted the issue promptly and was really reasonably priced definitely recommend for any plumbing issues
