Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Simon came recommended. He wasn't the cheapest or the dearest but we were glad we chose him to do our bathroom. He is very knowledgeable and with his team. They converted our bathroom into a shower room. Very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend him and he's a really nice guy.

Simon did a brilliant job on our new boiler installation. Had an Ideal Logic Max to replace our 20+ year old boiler. Vast improvement over what we had before and has been more efficient! Simon initially completed some work for us as part of a new kitchen project and fitted a new radiator. Simon did a great job so we asked him to replace our old boiler. Simon was friendly, reliable, responsive and completed the job to a high standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to our friends and family.

Simon was first recommended when I wanted a boiler service doing and it turned out I needed a whole new boiler! He responded quickly, went out of his way to fit us in as a matter of urgency, was really efficient, and well priced. Since then we have been using him for odd jobs and he’s always turned up when he said he would and has brilliant communication. More recently he has helped us with all the stress of a new kitchen - going above and beyond and I can honestly say we couldn’t have got through it without him. Google Maps could Do with a little bit of a tweak as it sends you in the wrong direction. At the Roundabout continue straight instead of turning back on yourself towards M&K building supplies and then take the right filter lane directly after the roundabout to cross the dual carriageway into the business park.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Bought my own toilet and quote to fit it £219. Thought it was worth paying for a reputable company. No complications with the fitting but was charged £46 for parts I could have purchased from B&Q for £10.. £265 to fit a toilet felt like allot and a faff getting an invoice right. The guy who fitted it was really nice but left loads of mould from my old toilet on my hallway carpet.

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

Our boiler suddenly stopped working due to a blockage in the condensate pipe. Aquaheat got us an engineer to see to it within a few hours and it was fixed, but the engineer told us it would be a recurring issue as the pipe was laid too flat for it to drain properly. Aquaheat then sent us a quote for further repairs which we accepted, and they sent Rajko to install new piping and service the boiler. He did a great job - very tidy work without any issues, and showed me pictures he had taken of the new pipework in the loft and on the outside wall. Now, hopefully we can rest easily without waking up to a cold house!

I have engaged Steve Fearn Plumbing for a number of jobs recently covering a variety of leaks, replacement tap and toilet flush issues. I always find them very helpful, courteous and efficient both on the phone and on site. Always turn up on time when they say they will and provide a clean and efficient service at a reasonable price. I have always been very satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Your swift response and the efficient coordination to have a technician attend to the issue the following day were greatly appreciated by both myself and my tenant. Our cold tap broke and refused to shut off, flowing water everywhere. Dave came out on a whim to fix our little emergency, and in less than 30 minutes of the incident occurring, the problem was fixed! Would recommend!

I used TPS plumbing many times and always received an excellent service at a good price. I especially appreciate a couple of occasions where I needed an emergency response and both times Dave dropped everything, attended the emergency and resolved it there and then.

We have just had a shower fitted by HP plumbing and heating. They came when they said they would and got on with the job. No mess, carpets protected, cleaned up after themselves, brilliant!! Workmanship is amazing and attention to detail is excellent. Can't recommend them highly enough!

This family business has been my go-to plumber for several years. Last week Dean fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us, after taking the time to advise us a couple of weeks beforehand on our options. He and his dad Howard are really knowledgeable and up to date about plumbing and heating regulations. Dean was also able to advise us clearly and accurately about trace wires and plume kits (we only needed the latter), as well as the different options of heating controller (we went for the SensoHOME, which is very user-friendly and works well with the SensoAPP so we can also control the heating when away from home). It's impressive that just as Howard taught his son Dean, Dean is now teaching Callum, who is currently doing an apprenticeship with the company. It was interesting overhearing how clearly Dean explained things to Callum to help him to develop and practise plumbing and heating skills, to supplement the college course Callum is doing. Dean was tidy but meticulously cleaned up anyway at the end of the job. I had meant to ask Dean about a potentially problematic gutter, but he spotted it anyway and replaced the offending section for us. Dean's mother Julie is always very good at setting up the appointments. On other plumbing problems at home, Dean has brought Jack with him, who is also a very professional and hard-working plumber. A high-quality, clean, reliable, friendly and professional service by a second-generation (or more?) family business. Highly recommended for any plumbing or heating need.
