Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday. Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water, Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Simon did a brilliant job on our new boiler installation. Had an Ideal Logic Max to replace our 20+ year old boiler. Vast improvement over what we had before and has been more efficient! Simon's a very friendly chap, very clear and informative on what he planned to do, and communicated with us throughout. Simon was first recommended when I wanted a boiler service doing and it turned out I needed a whole new boiler! He responded quickly, went out of his way to fit us in as a matter of urgency, was really efficient, and well priced. Since then we have been using him for odd jobs and he’s always turned up when he said he would and has brilliant communication. More recently he has helped us with all the stress of a new kitchen - going above and beyond and I can honestly say we couldn’t have got through it without him. He’s made the process much less stressful and I would recommend him to anybody, I wouldn’t use anybody else!

Simon initially completed some work for us as part of a new kitchen project and fitted a new radiator. Simon did a great job so we asked him to replace our old boiler. If I could give Simon more than 5 stars I would. He is a fantastic guy and gets the job done with reasonably prices. He did an amazing job with our bathroom that had to be ripped out and started from scratch and what a transformation it was, im in love with it. We have also had other little jobs done in the past by Simon, and there is no one else I would trust.

Mike installed a fantastic bathroom and downstairs toilet for us. He was very keen to keep us happy with his work, kept us updated on progress, good attention to detail and was very clean and tidy - which is rare ! This family business has been my go-to plumber for several years. Last week Dean fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us, after taking the time to advise us a couple of weeks beforehand on our options. He and his dad Howard are really knowledgeable and up to date about plumbing and heating regulations. Dean was also able to advise us clearly and accurately about trace wires and plume kits (we only needed the latter), as well as the different options of heating controller (we went for the SensoHOME, which is very user-friendly and works well with the SensoAPP so we can also control the heating when away from home). It's impressive that just as Howard taught his son Dean, Dean is now teaching Callum, who is currently doing an apprenticeship with the company. It was interesting overhearing how clearly Dean explained things to Callum to help him to develop and practise plumbing and heating skills, to supplement the college course Callum is doing. Dean was tidy but meticulously cleaned up anyway at the end of the job. I had meant to ask Dean about a potentially problematic gutter, but he spotted it anyway and replaced the offending section for us. Dean's mother Julie is always very good at setting up the appointments. On other plumbing problems at home, Dean has brought Jack with him, who is also a very professional and hard-working plumber. A high-quality, clean, reliable, friendly and professional service by a second-generation (or more?) family business. Highly recommended for any plumbing or heating need.

Excellent service and workmanship all delivered with a friendly smile and care. I would highly recommend them. They refitted my bathroom in good time, doing little extra bits at no extra cost to make it look it’s best then cleaned up afterwards.
