I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. The plumber turned up on the agreed date, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy (Neil if I remember correctly) and completed the repair. Extremely pleased with the service provided and fairly priced too. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area
