I have engaged Steve Fearn Plumbing for a number of jobs recently covering a variety of leaks, replacement tap and toilet flush issues. I always find them very helpful, courteous and efficient both on the phone and on site. Always turn up on time when they say they will and provide a clean and efficient service at a reasonable price. I have always been very satisfied with their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. They temporarily fixed it until they could source the part and even came ahead of the planned appointment to install the new part. I'll definitely be using them again!

I can't rate LS Gas and Plumbing highly enough. After moving to a new house, we had inherited a 30 year old boiler and heating system that was not only inefficient, but also couldn't cope with the needs of our large family. Lee and Sean's advice and expertise means that we now not only have a well designed and installed heating system that provides us with hot water on demand, but after receiving our latest energy bill today our gas use is down by two thirds (meaning the system is already starting to pay for itself!). Many thanks to LS Gas and Plumbing, who we will definitely be using again when we get round to renovating our bathrooms!!

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. Very helpful and knowledgeable and is more than happy to provide information to help me prepare the opening for installation. On the installation day, I was more than impressed by his attention to detail and positive attitude in overcoming any issues. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Contacted John with an issue on Sunday evening, he came Monday morning to address the problems, by Friday John and the team had sorted us with a new radiator, new boiler and new bleed valves on all our radiators which were all desperately needed. Kept us informed every step of the way and provided an excellent service. The team could not have been more respectful and careful when they came to do the work, did everything thoroughly and tidied up after themselves as well! Price also cheaper than I expected. I recently used T.M. West for the repair of a leak in an old lead pipe. Great, responsive initial communication and made every effort to accommodate my requested dates. The plumber turned up on the agreed date, a very friendly, knowledgeable guy (Neil if I remember correctly) and completed the repair. Dean came out to do a quote. I was really happy with the service, well presented and was very transparent with the job. Also quickly fixed my radiator that was not turning on just because he was there which was really nice. He also saw some urgent work that needed to get done which he was happy to get someone round the following week to quickly fix. I’m very happy with the service.

Micheal and Griff came out to replace macerator on the back of the toilet cistern rang them late Sunday and they arrived Monday afternoon. They managed to squeeze the job in-between jobs as it was the only toilet in the house. They were very professional and very competitive with their pricing. The job was done to a high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Leeds area
